• One of your employees with a company pickup truck is a maniac. I've seen this person tailgate, drive with high beams on, always a left lane camper, never signals and the speed is extremely fast. • Paul is the owner of Five Points Mechanical. Paul is a 10/10. He is a great guy - very knowledgeable, very conscientious, very safety conscious and more importantly knows his equipment. I have known him for 30+ years, he has done so many new installs for me, I’ve lost count - Installs of air conditioners (very unique installs), furnaces, hot water tanks and gas fire places. Myself and my clients have been fully satisfied with each and every installation. In addition to new installs, he also maintains and fixes my older equipment- Paul or one of his guys, is there within 24 hours or less to fix any problems with older equipment that we may have. In these times he is amazing. After each fix or install, his guys clean up the area properly and I’ve never had any complaints from my clients. Over the years he has increased my knowledge of all types of equipment, so that I could make informed decisions on what to purchase. He is very prompt and never too busy to answer my questions. I highly recommend him. You will NOT be disappointed

I had a hot water tank leak on an old tank and Five Points Mechanical was able to fit me in and install a new tank. Nick and Bo arrived at our scheduled appointment time, removed the old tank, installed the new tank and left the area cleaner than they found it.
