• Spend two days fixing my furnace. Wrongly diagnosed the issue. Got charged for diagnostic and part that was not needed. Called another certified technician, pinpoint the issue and get it fixed within one hour. I should have gotten my money back. Besides, the little rust on metal is not water damage and normal. The high limit switch and capacitor which need to be replaced were working all fine. The new main electrical panel has no issue as it was installed and checked by authorized electrician. But I do want to thank you for come back the next day at 6:45pm with the high limit switch and the incompatible capacitor that leads me to finding out the furnace is under warranty.
