• SO FAR SO GOOD! Everyone from the Customer Service (Patsy), Sales (Morgan), Installation (Rashawd/work Partner...Yup difficult name), and the Quality Control/Inspection (J Carter), Where GREAT to deal with, and explained every step of the way; Very friendly, knowledgeable folks. I had 12 yr old Compressor unit prematurely spring a leak, and AC stopped. I went through Angies List, and Prime AC was the first to reach out by phone, and about 15 more to follow, mostly by text. Not a big fan of Texting about business! I spoke with Patsy, and she offered free diagnosis, were others were charging $79+ to come out. Spoke with Morgan, he checked the system, and found the leak. We spoke, and after the initial sticker shock, did the math and immediately contracted. Couple hours later the Box Truck showed up with the new system, they got to work, and didn't leave until the job was complete, not even for a dinner break. QC came out Sunday, did his business, and all is well. I had the Outside unit replaced, and the duct work, with a new A frame coil. And these folks will take the time to chat, without missing a beat while working. I will hire them again in the future.

• Prime AC and Heat takes pride in their work, that is clearly evident. They installed a new furnace and some ductwork for one of my zones, and I was blown away by the quality of everything. Their workmanship was astoundingly good. Everything from tiny details like mastic being applied in straight lines, dampers on the ductwork, attic cleanup when the job was done... It was all just excellent and done to an incredibly high standard. There were zero shortcuts taken or corners cut. Vacuuming the line set down to 250 microns is unheard of from most contractors, but Prime does it. Simply amazing, highly recommended.... Edit: Anthony just came for a quick service call. His service was exceptional, just like every other interaction I've had with Prime. Thanks! Edit: Carter just came over to do my biannual maintenance. He did an exceptional job and is one of the best HVAC techs I've ever met. THANKS
