I joined Razor’s Customer plan where you pay one fee and, for me, I get two service calls per year, Spring A/C & Fall furnace & tankless hot water unit. The other perk you get, but pay separately for, is filter delivery service. I got mine today, good quality and right to my door. This is good as not changing filters at right intervals can cause issues with your seasonal systems. We love dealing with Razor, great company, great service, lots of service options, but most importantly, the job is done right the first time! I highly recommend Razor Heating!

AC stopped working. Called Razor and had a technician show up the next morning to diagnose. Ends up the compressor is gone so need a new AC system. The new AC was installed within a week of me reaching out. Cole and his team were very efficient and friendly. Would highly recommend Razor for HVAC needs.

Have used Razor on a number of projects at my home. Techs are friendly and efficient. Had a problem with a sump pump that was replaced. I called and Shane coached me on a quick fix. He actually called back to see if it worked. It didn’t and he organized Cole to fit in the house call. 1 hour later the sump pump was back in business. BTW it was Fri with a ton of rain!
