Fantastic company! Aaron took a look at my old AC unit when others simply tried to upsell a new unit and refused otherwise. Turned out to be a simple fix where Aaron was able to diagnose in short time. So glad to have AC again! 100% recommend for all HVAC needs. Update: Aaron came back again this year to diagnose when our unit quit last week. He came on 2 days notice as he was out of town when contacted. Replaced and retrofitted some parts in our machine and had it up and running again just in time to combat the recent heat wave. Once again, 100% recommend!

I hired them to install boiler in shop did nice work clean and professional, not even a year later started having problems with water on demand and floor heat not working and the ignored my calls and didn’t help me. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM.

ACME Mechanical was a recommendation from our community FB group and they did not disappoint ! Quick response via email and set up an appointment to problem solve and service my furnace. Shawn showed up exactly on time, diagnosed the problem and had us ready for winter as well as replaced a failed pressure expansion tank. Invoice was detailed and very reasonable. 100% recommend ACME Mechanical!

Had our AC units not respond to the thermostats. Called Aaron in the morning, and by the afternoon we had a tech here that went through the units and furnaces to find the problem. Ended up finding out the issues were more related to a burnt-out furnace part and a wrongly wired-in thermostat. These guys do our annual maintenance and are always awesome to deal with. We will continue to work with them whenever possible!

I called them when my furnace stopped working in the middle of the snow storm we just had. They stayed on the phone with me for roughly 1.5 hours walking me through things to try and was super patient with me with my limited knowledge. He sent pictures and explained things thoroughly in a way I could understand and never sounded condescending or frustrated. We eventually got it working with a temp fix and he throughly explained a next step to try if it goes down again until the roads can be cleared a bit. He even checked in with me the next morning to see how it was going. 10/10, 5 stars, 2 thumbs up, highly recommend and now will only use them for any future needs.

Needed a furnace tuneup, Aaron was great to deal with in terms of scheduling, very friendly. Shawn was fantastic and did a great job with the furnace. He noticed some potential problems during the tuneup and fixed them on a follow up visit. Was refreshing not to be pressured into buying new furnace when the circumstance didn't require a new one. I highly recommend them.

Our late-’90s AC unit ran out of coolant due to a slow leak, and Acme Mechanical was terrific to work with! I messaged them on their Facebook page and received a near-instant reply. They squeezed us into their very busy early-July schedule, just as we’re expecting 30+ degrees next week! Aaron was exceptionally professional and provided some of the best customer service I’ve received in Saskatoon. He worked efficiently, was able to answer every question I had, and made sure our AC unit was in good working order. He explained everything before leaving. Acme Mechanical is an outstanding company to work with. Their rates are very fair, and they have an easy invoicing system. I have nothing but positive things to say about this experience! If you need to replace an aging boiler, do not want to be price gauged and want professional and friendly service, look no further. I recently purchased a home with and aging boiler in floor heating system. I got multiple quotes from both large chains and local contractors, and there were three things that particularly impressed me from the get go: 1. Aaron with ACME mechanical was the only contractor who actually took his time with the assessment, took measurements, removed ceiling tiles to locate gas and water lines to assess if they needed to be moved, etc. He also answered any questions I had and was not in a rush to leave (which I experienced with other companies). 2. Aaron did not try to upsell me. The distribution pumps that were with the original boiler still worked so he did not tell me I needed to have them replaced. I got them replaced anyways, as I had the budget, for peace of mind, but with a tigher budget i could have saved even more money with ACME. 3. The warranty offered was one of the best I could find. Not the best, but close. When I got the quote, ACME came in MUCH cheaper than the next closest bid. MUCH cheaper. I was not expecting this due to the quality of the assessment. Naturally I chose to go with ACME. It was easy to shedule a date for the install, and Aaron worked around my shedule. Two days into the install it became clear that it would take an additional two days due to complications in our boiler room. The previous contractor had done a sloppy job and more pipes needed to be re located, there were issues with the original cold air intake and vent. Again, sheduling around my shedule was no problem. I was worried that these two extra days of labour would cost me. But on the final day of the install I was handed my bill with not a single cent extra in cost. That is just outstanding customer service. I would highly recommend you go with ACME for any of your home servicing needs. They have earned my business and I will never go with anyone else.
