We had Dustin come over and he immediately found the issue. Once done fixing the issue at hand he took his time to go through all aspects of my air conditioning unit as well as my hvac and furnace. He discussed how to maintain it better so we’d run into less issue down the road. I feel his service went above and beyond and I will be using this company again when needed.

Our furnace is not heating so we were looking for personnel who can fix. Someone called back and let me know he can come with in half an hour. My wife was also calling whatever number she can get. As he told he can come with in 30 minutes, I told him to come in. This guy refused to come as we were not their existing customer! He is showing attitude as the other company responded may can send personnel after 3-4 hours, which is not sure that time I am calling. Won't recommend calling such rude people.

Our furnace gave out and called two heating companies just to have a second opinion. The first company only provided the options and didnt discuss the problem. Dustin from Efficiency took his time to explain the problem and gave an honest opinion about the options. I wasted no time and chose Efficiency and was able to book us in in less than a week and changed our whole furnace in a day. 11/10 would go with Efficiency again for their services.

I had previously left a negative Google review about a dianostic problem that was missed when servicing our HVAC system. Since that review, Tim, the owner, replied to the comment and pro-actively called me to discuss the situation. What's done is done, sometimes things are missed and people make mistakes, but how a company handles mistakes and accountability is sometimes more important than the mistake itself; and Tim handled the criticism with genuine care & humility. I'll admit, I could have called and started the discussion before leaving a review but I was frustrated. For not calling first, I apologize. What was a one star experience turned into five after a conversation thanks to Tim reaching out.

Our furnace picked the coldest weekend of the year (-41) to fail. A call to the 24 hour support line brought a tech out and a couple of days later we had a new furnace installed. We started calling Efficiency Heating and Cooling a year and a half ago - first to clean and service our gas fireplace and then to provide regular check-ups and maintenance. Then this weekend, when we needed help, they were there. We love that they are local and you always get a person on the phone. Hi quality products and service and super people to deal with. The best thing is the feeling of trust knowing that you're in capable hands. Very grateful.

We recently had our furnace and water heater serviced as we were overdue for our annual maintenance. For starters, we were given a friendly reminder that we were due, but never felt pressured. When my husband called in, he received some great advice from Lori, and was told about the Home Protection Plan. We opted for the plan, and booked the service. We were told that we would be reminded of the service and get a heads up on when the technician would arrive. The process worked like clockwork. Kyle did what he needed to do, and was very friendly and helpful the entire time. About a half an hour after Kyle left, my husband noticed that the furnace was running hotter that the thermostat was set for. He called in and talked to Lori and she said that Kyle would be over to look at it later in the day. Kyle came and double checked the furnace and reprogrammed the thermostat and all has been well ever since! We appreciate Efficiency’s second to none customer service and would recommend them to anybody.

The crew did excellent work replacing my furnace after a water damage insurance claim. Even went (I think) above and beyond replacing my tripping hazard condensate hose with a pump, and routing the hose above and out of the way, and installing a nice little swinging door for the filter access so everything stays air tight. Very clean and fast job on a cold day!
