I made an appointment to have this business come service my Lennox air conditioning and they never showed up. I called them and they said it was raining so they don’t do service calls in the rain. It did not rain at all where I live. I said they could have called to let me know they weren’t coming. Then the lady said she couldn’t find my information. She soon found it and then said she called and left a message that they don’t service Lennox. There was no message and I’m sure their site says they are a Lennox dealer.She could have said this when I booked my service call a week before. Stay away from this company!!

Had a quote last fall for getting an air conditioning unit put in. House was built around 1958 so the breaker panel needed to be up graded. Jim gave me the name of an electrician who got back to me the same day! The day after Elliot Trischuk gave me a quote and made the call with the city to come to up graded the box. Was told there is a waiting list. I figured I would have to wait till spring. It was done 3 weeks later. All the other companies I called for quotes did not go the extra mile! Jim phoned to schedule an appointment for installation. Their electrician and 2 workers showed up. Sorry, I am terrible at remembering names. The electrician had a slight problem with one of the wires needed from the furnace connecting to my Google nest thermometer, but he thought outside the box and was able to make a slight detour to make it work! The 2 working on the installation had to properly measure where to make the hole in the wall and after a few difficult measurements hit the right spot dead on. The job was completed in around 5 hrs. Totally amazed me it was that easy to get a unit installed. No surprises where the bill was concerned. No hidden or added on costs. To the 3 who were doing the job, a 10 star. Just sorry that I forgot their names. All very friendly and were nor afraid to answer questions!

These guys are so great to work with, I called in and Val was super helpful and assured she would have a repairman there as soon as possible. The repairman showed up, identified the issue promptly, ordered parts and had my furnace up and running again in under 2 hours. Great group will definitely use again.

Called them at 7:30 am to replace a water heater out of Saskatoon, just before a major snow storm was due to arrive. They had a crew out by 10:30am and had completed the job by 12 noon. Helped clean up water from old water heater. Great crew, excellent service and always able to help in an emergency situation..
