• Had the guys add more insulation into my attic, they did a fantastic job. Did the job professionally, covering the floors and cleaned up any mess they made. Did the job in satisfactory time. They were pleasant and friendly. The salesman Kris Li was friendly and explained everything to be done and the 2 men (Samuel & Duncan) did exactly what was to be done. Good job guys. I recommend them to anyone needing insulation work.

• Samuel and Duncan were great! Arrived about a half hour early and since we were up they started before the scheduled time. They prepped the area by laying down drop cloths and vacuumed the area after. They sprayed for mold and carefully bagged all affected insulation. Samuel even noticed that the vent tube was shot and showed my husband some pictures so he could go pick up a replacement. I would highly recommend them!

• Everyone on the RPM team who I dealt with was very friendly and professional. Kris H (with trainee Natalia) came to my door on a cold call but I was receptive to the idea of having the attic insulated as I was aware that it was below current standards. Next day, Kris Li came over for the inspection and quote for the job. He explained in great detail everything that needed to be done. A friend of mine assisted me in this meeting. We both were impressed by everything Kris talked about. Kris left us with the information for us to discuss privately as he had another home to call on. It didn’t take long for me to decide to go ahead and I contacted Kris and he came back for me to make it official. Third day, Samuel and Duncan were here promptly at 6:50 AM and they worked diligently for over 4 hours. They cleaned up and were heading off to another home in the neighborhood. Fourth day, I received before and after pictures from Duncan and I was very pleased to see that my attic now has 21-22 inches of insulation. Now I am anxious to see if my heating and A/C bills will be less but even if they aren’t, I’m still pleased that RPM knocked on my door!

• Recently had a door knock from the RPM team, I'm relatively new to household living in Ontario, so was somewhat skeptical. However agreed to a free consult. Kris came the next day and was really professional and knowledgeable, he had a look in my roof and was able to explain everything that was up there, what it meant and what the potential next steps would be. There was some mold up there, which he not only took photos of, but also more than happy for me to see for myself. The only reason for the 4 star, was at the end of this conversation I felt there was some pressure to book it in for literally a couple of days later. Kris was able to shift a bit on price and ultimately I agreed. A few days later Samuel and Duncan came to remove the mold and spray more new insulation. They were superstars, it was the hottest day and they just went to work without fuss. They were respectful of my place, and cleaned up after themselves. I will say, to no fault of their own, insulation dust still was around once they were gone, but nothing that some vacuuming and mopping couldn't remove. Ultimately, very happy with the job, it's only been a few days, but upstairs feels less stuffy than it has been. Whilst I was skeptical, and may have paid more than shopping around, I felt the price and work were reasonable. and all done within a few days.

An appointment was booked with a Field Technician to do an attic assessment. Pictures were taken to back up the recommendations and a “no pressure” quote provided.
