• The technician come to my house and did an inspection on my furnace. He explained to my wife that everything looks good no parts needed. I'm very happy with the service, but the cost not so much. A service call should not exceed $200+ for less that 1 hour of service with no work needed. 5 star would have been achieved had this service call been less than $100 which is more than reasonable in my opinion.

• I've used these guys for years and solidified themselves as my go-to. When we first moved in to our home 8 years ago we had an issue with our furnace - the sticker on the vent had Air Design Services as the installer so we called them AFTER we call a competitor that we thought was legit. HUGE differnce in cost and professionalism. They are now my first and only call. Today had a small rattle in my blower motor. Called at 0750am. by 0900am Adam showed up took a look, and fixed the issue. On time, priced right, professional, and knowledgable. These guys will be your go-to as well!

• On July 1st, our air conditioning stopped working. We had a company come out the next day who told us we had a refrigerant leak and tagged our furnace with a Class B violation - which put us on the path of quoting a full new AC and furnace system. We called Air Design to quote the replacement. Jeremy Wright, their sales rep, came out and actually took the time to review the whole situation before quoting anything. He asked if we'd be open to having one of their techs come take a second look before we committed to a new system. We said yes, and Jeremy McGill and Corey came out, went through everything carefully, and found that there was no refrigerant leak at all - the furnace just needed a new module. They replaced it, and the system has been running great ever since. Here's the thing - our system is 13 years old. It would have been the easiest thing in the world for them to just tell us "time for a new system" and sell us one. Instead, they fixed the actual problem, and it saved us thousands of dollars. That kind of honesty is rare. This is the third time across three different houses that Air Design has taken care of us, and it's always the same experience: they show up, they diagnose it properly instead of guessing, and they treat you like someone they want to see again - not just a sale. If you want a company you can actually trust with your home comfort system, call these guys.

• Extremely prompt service for my new AC and furnace at the beginning of April, 2026. Jeremy came out the next day to work with me on options and financial limitations. Fares spearheaded the installation with the help of a few other technicians and all were exceedingly professional and polite.
