• I had a great experience with the technician, Tmarion. He was very nice, professional, patient, and friendly. Since English is not my first language, I really appreciated that he spoke slowly and took the time to make sure I understood everything. He was also very thorough. Everything with our system seemed to be working normally, but he didn’t just stop there. He took the time to keep checking and looking for the possible cause of the problem. In the end, he found that the thermostat may have been configured incorrectly, which could have been causing the issue. I really appreciate his patience and professionalism. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made the whole experience much easier for me. I would definitely recommend Tmarion and Same Day!

• There is definitely room for improvement. I signed up for the service subscription because I expected it to provide the basic maintenance services I was paying for. Unfortunately, at this point, it feels like I am simply paying a monthly fee without actually receiving the service. I have been repeatedly rescheduled, and that is frustrating. I don't want to keep being rescheduled. I want the service I paid for to actually be provided. I also experienced the same issue mentioned by another reviewer: when I call, I reach an answering service, but I am unable to speak directly with someone who can actually address the issue. I’m told that a note will be added to my account and that someone will reach out, but I’m still waiting to see if that happens. What makes this especially disappointing is that Same Day Heating, Cooling & Plumbing made a great first impression. Unfortunately, the follow-through has not matched that initial experience. I hope the company takes this feedback seriously and improves its communication, scheduling, and ability to deliver the services customers are paying for. At this point, I am just seeking a cancellation of service and a refund for the months that I have scheduled service but continued to be rescheduled.

• I signed up for an inexpensive HVAC cleaning at a trade show over at the Sacramento state fair grounds . It was being taken by Home Depot and I guess they’re associated with this outfit Same Day. They scheduled an appointment out about a month, they had an emergency repair and bumped me, They apologize. We rescheduled and again today they didn’t show. They confirmed by text the night before, I confirmed their confirmation. Then appointment time came and went again. So with 2 strikes against them they may do great service, if they ever show up, but since they don’t show up, I’m gonna give them a one star and say you might want to avoid these guys, nothing but a waste of my time again and again.

They were careful and covered the carpet in the house were they were installing the unit. Tolerated our dogs. Explained when and where to change the air filter. • Home Depot deal. $25 for a complete inspection. These clowns made me wait 2.5 hours before they showed up. No apology, nothing. Try calling their business and it goes straight to a virtual agent. Then we you speak to a live agent it’s just an answering service. Asked to speak to a manager and they said they will “note” the account with my concerns. What a joke of a company.
