Being disappointed is putting it mildly. Michael the technician went about his job of a routine inspection of the furnace, water heater, AC, electrical panel & attic. He then suggested I replace the electrical panel which STARTS at $5,000. Then he suggested I do a complete attic renovation also starting around $5,000. I told him we may consider in the future. He would not let it go.pressuring me to make a decision on which one to start with. When I said I’d like to discuss this with the other people living in the home his response was “well you know them pretty well want do you think they would say” are you kidding me! I told him I wanted him to leave three times before he slowly walked out of my home. Then I went to see what size filter I need for the furnace to find he removed it. There is no filter in my furnace!
