  • The other day my AC decided to quit working properly so I called Shaffer Heating and Cooling and I was lucky enough to get an appointment the same day Teddy came out and checked out the unit and determined I needed a new compressor he immediately got an estimate for my approval and ordered the part. I was then sent an estimate for the replacement and a date that the work could be done which was only two days later. When the part came in I was informed and a date and time was set up for the repair to be made. Carson arrived right on time today and he got right to work it only took him about an hour and a half and the job was completed. I am so appreciative that they were able to repair my AC as quickly as they did as the heat is coming on fast this year. Hopefully my AC will continue to work without any more problems. Thank you Shaffer Heating and Cooling.

  • Shaffer Heating and Cooling services my HVAC in my other rental unit. I decided to sign up for an annual maintenance plan for my other rental property and my residence. The technician Teddy Wallace came and inspected my units. He was very professional, courteous, and prompt. When I had an issue with my unit, I called during non-working day and the following day, I received a call back and got me scheduled to check my unit on the same day. Teddy came and found the problem and got my unit working again. Thank you.

  • Great experience. Teddy notified us by text before arrival, arrived on time, and proceeded to service our two furnaces thoroughly and efficiently. Teddy was personable, professional, and knowledgeable. When an equipment issue arose, Teddy diagnosed it, ordered the replacement part, and Carson installed it quickly and efficiently.   • I needed an emergent HVAC equipment replacement due to medical and incompatible equipment being forced upon me by FAHW. Jon Shaffer sent out an estimator (Teddy) the same day I called and schedule the installation for four days later. They arrived before 0830, were complete and leaving before 1530. The house and yard were clean and the install was professional. Carson, Conner and Shaun worked in the heat taking short hydration breaks to get the AC on. The house was above 90F and in 20 mins had dropped 2 degrees. Thank God for Shaffer Heating & Cooling. BTW, I'm former HVAC sales and service professional so I recognize proper, professional and quality HVAC work. Job well done!!
