• SGS has been servicing my parents home for a few years and have done a great job and now that I have my own home I know who to call. Nick, Kyle and the team are great people. I had to deal with quite a few contractors and tradesmen to get my home ready for my family and unfortunately many of them don't have the professionalism and respect for my home like SGS does. Yesterday I had a new water heater tank installed. I didn't even have to tell them to be cautious with my new floors, they already had carpet ready to go and laid it out all the way to my basement including the stairs. They even had a cordless vacuum going after they rolled up the carpet. Install was quick but still proper. We all work hard for our money, spend it wisely on your home by using these guys.

• I've used SGS a few times in the past to service my HVAC and gas fireplaces. The technicians were always professional and courteous. I just had them replace my furnace and AC and they did a fantastic job. My installation was complicated due to the furnace essentially sitting in a closet adjacent to a finished bathroom. I was concerned that walls would have to be cut into for access but they were able to work around it. They were respectful of our home, laying drop sheets to protect the carpets and advised us when they were about to do something that may cause a smoke or CO alarm to go off (ie. brazing, first fire up of furnace etc). It took longer than a typical install due to my circumstance but they worked straight through. They checked with us to be sure we were ok with them staying later and were willing to come back the next day if that was our preference. When it was done they cleaned up everything and left the area better than what they found it. They understand they are working in someones home and are very respectful. I've come to learn they have a good reputation with many people I know in Brampton and it's for good reason. They take pride in their work. I would recommend them to anyone requiring HVAC or fireplace service or replacement. They are good local, family run small business.

• This is a FANTASTIC company if you're looking for reliable service at a fair price. A/C stopped working last night and they were able to fit me into their schedule today on the hottest day of the summer AND while they were short staffed. Office staff is always pleasant, Technicians are always pleasant and knowledgeable. Nick was able to diagnose the problem in about 5 minutes and have it fixed with a new part in under 30 mins. He even went out of his way to give the unit a cleaning before departing AND put the garden hose away. Top notch!!!
