AirCom was founded in 1993 and consisted of only two family members, Wilfred and Egan Macaulay. Over the last 15 years, it has grown from a two-person operation with a modest customer base into a company that currently employs 25 professionals and have expanded our customer base to 130 businesses across the GTA. We are a non-union and TSSA certified HVAC contractor headquartered in the GTA. We have worked for some recognized businesses and institutions in Canada, including Mac Cosmetics, CN Rail, The Toronto Parking Authority and The University of Toronto. Our commitment to customer satisfaction, along with our highly trained and dedicated staff, should make AirCom the first choice regarding HVAC and Refrigeration needs

• No knowledge of the rules of the road, driving 110 in a passing lane on the 407 with an empty lane ahead, no regard for cars behind trying to pass, had a long line of 10 cars trailing behind, didnt switch over once in 25km+ after multiple times being flashed as a sign to switch over. • I have a condo heat pump unit with burst copper pipe from frozen water that a different HVAC company recommended to replace at the cost of $4000. • If your technicians treat your customers how the drive, in a company car, STAY AWAY. 3 lanes closed on the 427 and every is merging, instead of letting people in this person was tailgating and flipping people off. When I got up next to him, he was cursing. It was traffic, relax. Honestly if this was someone in my company branded car acting like this at 10:30pm while everyone is just trying to merge, I would be embarrassed. I hope this doesn’t speak to how you treat your actual customers. Awful.

• We had Jesse come out after being told for the last 1.5 years by others that we just need to keep resetting the unit when it stopped working (literally every other day). He said that it wasn't normal to have to do that and took the time to try and find the problem before we went away later that week so it wouldn't be uncomfortably hot upon our return. He shared his contact info and said to keep him updated. The problem came back 2 days later so he returned and tried some other things. He was able to figure it out and now the unit has been consistently running for over a week, and we returned to a cool house. As an avid AC lover (on year round, super cold) I could not be more thankful for the time and assistance he provided us. He was knowledgeable, respectful, had excellent customer service and I felt comfortable having him in our home while my partner was not present. Unfortunately, my brand new heat pump at my condo was not working and after multiple attempts, even with the company that installed the unit, the technicians could not figure it out. After 5 weeks of stress and waiting and waiting, I finally reached out to the manufacturer of the unit who suggested AirCom. I called, and told Crystal my distressing situation and she booked me for next day. The technician Jesse came when he said he was going to come, and explained what the problem was and solved it in an hour.
