  • Last year i was away on vacation when i got a call from my Son saying it was freezing in the house. Coldest day of the year! Called George at Boss. He had his men at my house within the hour. Have been on the Boss maintenance plan ever since. They maintain and service my HVAC system regularly. They reach out to me when it’s time for service so i don’t even have to think about it. The plan is worth every penny!

  • Their technical service seemed Ok but when time came to end the contract because I sold my house, they did not cancel the contract. So I have had ongoing debiting of my credit card despite multiple phone calls and e-mails for months. They promise to reimburse but zero actually gets done.

  • After years of using them for good service, now switched to just upselling and building scenarios of doom where none exist. Others come in and do a simple fix for a fraction of the cost. Avoid communicating as promised, just seem poorly organized and don’t stick to their word. Disappointed. Why not make an effort to keep a regular customer? They forced me to use me a much better alternative.

  • We had to replace our hot water tank recently and called on the team at Boss Mechanical to come and remove the old tank and put in a new tank. Absolutely seamless process from the first phone call to the onsite work to the invoicing. 100% professional on-time and VERY clean!! The pros laid down tarps and made sure nothing was damaged moving a water tank up the stairs and outside, and then on the way back down with the new one. Call these guys if you need something you won't be disappointed.

  • The drivers really need better training. They drive carelessly and don’t follow safe practices, which makes the experience stressful. I hope the company improves their driver training.

  • Needing emergency HVAC assistance is always stressful, as it's never a cheap call. I was recommended this company when my AC decided to stop working in 40 degree weather. Same day pricing is obviously steep, but they recommended I sign up for the monthly subscription (29.99/month), which includes one free service call and 2 yearly maintenance checks. As a first time home owner, this service is such a help when you're still trying to figure everything out. I ended up saving a ton of money and have the reassurance of free maintenance checks. Joe, the service tech was here within an hour of me calling. He was very polite and answered all my questions. He taught me how to restart everything if ever needed and even answered my questions about upgrading to a smart thermostat. The service was nothing short of amazing!

  • If I could leave a zero stars review I would. Technician came to my house to check why ac was not working. He told me he could not fix it and wanted me to purchase a new ac for $5800. We got another technician from another company and he fixed our ac in 15 min. Boss Mechanical you guys are scammers and are just greedy to make money.Shame on you. You should be embarrassed!

  • The team is really great at Boss. We moved into our new home last July, and have since had to add an AC unit and replace an old furnace/water heater. Their team is always professional, on-time and do great work. We've also signed up for their maintenance plan which has been a good experience too. As someone who is a first time home owner, it's nice to not have to worry about these things.
