• I called Raj for a quote on an ac installation. He booked it quickly working with my schedule and walked through pointing out things he would need to do for install. He went into detail about what would be needed for the installation and the different brands he could install for us. Once we confirmed the installation he was quick to book a time that worked for both of us. They were quick and professional. He walked through what he had to do for the installation. He made a minimal cut in the dry wall which was in the ceiling of a closet so it was out of sight. Both him and all his staff was professional, they brought mats to walk on to keep the clean up to a minimum. Overall a great experience and I 100% would recommend them.

• Raj installed a new gas furnace at my house in downtown Toronto. He was a straight shooter who provided just the facts. It was refreshing that he didn't try up-sell me or scare me with context-free worst-care scenarios, like HVAC sales people. The other thing that was nice was that Raj isn't a sales person; he's a fully-certified HVAC tech, so he knows what he's talking about. I received two other quotes. Raj's quote was very competitive, but the people from other companies were clearly sales reps and not HVAC technicians. All they knew about the products was what the manufacturers had told them and perhaps anecdotes from the installers. I'd always rather buy a product from an expert than a sales person on commission. I'll definitely be calling Raj for my future HVAC needs.
