• The location out of Troy, Ohio isn’t reliable. We had an appointment, they didn’t show up. I called, their answer was we don’t work in the rain. Problem is, it wasn’t raining at our house. All they had to do was call and ask us.

• the AC went out in my apartment on the first really warm day of the season. they came out, did what they could with the unit but i had two vents that still weren't putting out cold air. they had to go up into the attic, and the access point is in my closet. they moved all my clothes and even hung them back up when they were done! really cleaned up after themselves. i was really impressed and honestly expected to have to vacuum etc myself. nope! super nice guys, professional, let me know what was going on every step of the way and the follow-up needed. i rent so can't comment on cost but in terms of service they were top notch and i highly recommend!

• I asked how much it would be to test a newly installed air conditioner. $89 was the reply. After looking at the unit they found the refrigerant line coming out from the side of the air conditioner had to be soldered. A 2 minute job. Because of that 2 minute solder they charged me $400. A complete rip off. I will never use them again or recommend them.

• These guys are lifesavers! Had a unit go out at my business and my usual HVAC company, who I have a service agreement with, came out to inspect and quoted me 3x what these guys quoted. They also said that it wouldn't solve the problem and I would need to replace the entire unit. • STOP!!!LOOK NO FURTHER! This company will get you right you hear me! They are the truth! I brought a house last year with A/C. Summer time came and the air wasn't working right at all. Call my home warranty company who came out several times but my house never did cool off. Finally after coming out again the warranty guys say my unit is too small for my size house and that's a pre existing problem. We suffered all summer because I couldn't afford to replace the unit at that time. Called Sub Zero they came out and said my unit was over charged. Fixed me up and now we are sitting in the north pole baby! You feel that heat? Nopeeee! Nothing but BURRRRR!!! Call this company. They could have lied and cheated me but they were honest and fast. They are the truth!!!!
