• I would like to state from the start that the techs(plumbers) that performed the job of replacing ALL the drain pipes under my kitchen sink and cleaning out the major clog in that main pipe were exceptional. My thanks go out to Syed & Sanveer. They were professional, explained what was going on and gave a detailed accounting of the work they were doing and had done. The only reason I give Superior Plumbing a 4/5 is the price was(in my opinion) a bit on the high side. That said I understand I was dealing with a large company instead of a local(single plumber) AND that they did provide very prompt service. The job was done within a 24 hour period. My normal plumber, unfortunately, was unavailable, this job needed doing and so I reached out to Superior Plumbing. The price was high but the service was very fast, for which I suppose, is what I was paying. My only real gripe is their "diagnostic" fee. $150 just to make an appearance is somewhat unreasonable but again, we needed this done quick. Though it was waived because we gave them the job it still seems excessive.

• Connected with Alex, to book an appointment. Confirmed they can service Condos as these buildings and their management require additional insurance. Alex confirmed they do service condos, and they can provide plumber license #, WSIB certificate, and proof of insurance to gain access to units below to inspect and perform work. No call back, so I called them and they just hang up on you. Called back to confirm and they hang up again. Not the service I was expecting with 4.9 stars. If you cant provide the documents, or can't perform work on condos, that's fine, say that and move on. Unfortunate experience overall.
