He showed up right away and was able to diagnose the issue on the spot and provided several options. Our AC is over 19 years old so we decided to replace it. Ali and Gena were able to get a new Keeprite unit installed the same day, kept the area very clean and the new Air Conditioner works amazing! We are really happy with the service.

He was knowledgeable and diligent in installing the control board and AC for us.
