• I had my gas hot water tank leak and flood my basement bathroom this past Sunday. I was on the phone to several companies of course and was hoping to it repaired or replaced ASAP. When I called Air Connect I got Jay directly on the phone. He was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable and set me up with a quote that was very reasonable and assured me that he would be able to replace the tank the very next day. Several other companies kept me waiting, wanted to send a crew out first in the next few days and would not commit to a price. Jay and his wonderful father came as promised, were exceptionally helpful and friendly and thorough! I cannot recommend them enough. I have owned my house for 32 yrs and had several companies in to do HVAC and none match these gentlemen! Use them, without question.

• A call was placed to get my father's fireplace going, at 5511loonlake avenue , Mississauga, even though the pilot light was on the flame was not igniting. Sean from Air Connect showed up . On the phone we were told it's $99 for a service call and additional charges would be if parts were needed. Sean took off one side of the fireplace and touched one thing and the flame popped on. Sean proceeded to say he needs to take off all the parts in the fireplace to his Lazer it to clean it up and repaint the unit and it going to cost $2000 . When he was told that's a little expensive and he cant afford it at the moment, and the call was not for cosmetic purposes, immediately his body language changed, his voice altered in a disrespectful way he then threatened to tag the unit. He went on to say the call was $200 now.$100 for the call and $100 to start it. He was given a credit card and he processed it for the $200. He was asked for a receipt he said he did not have one. He was also asked to go ahead and tag it if there are was a leak that would render it unsafe. He said he would come back the next day to tag it . He has not come back with the receipt for the charge or to tag it. Sean did not turn off the main gas line before he started working on it when he was ask about that, he shrugged his shoulder. Just to put it mildly Sean's attitude was very bad. I think he was truly trying to rip off an elderly man .
