Brady Jones, is the guy you want to come to your store/home! His amazing! He not only knew what he was doing! He was polite, respectful and amazingly kind! He went above and beyond to fix the problems that we had during lunch rush hours with a great attitude! He was very professional! I rate him 5 stars. Call him up you won’t regret it!

We have had them come do service on two separate ice machines. The first one was working fine until they came to clean it and it magically stopped working. We got a new one and they then scheduled their own time without telling us to clean it and it has not worked since. Every time they end up coming they end up breaking something.

Very unprofessional company. Called Wednesday with an emergency and was told tech would come out Thursday. After receiving excuses on Thursday I called on Friday morning and was rudely told that they cannot even tell me how many calls are ahead of us. Would leave zero stars if I could. Stay away!

I chose TechMasters after getting several estimates from Lincoln area heating and air conditioning companies and couldn't be happier. Nick and his crew we're amazing to work with and did an outstanding job. While there were other companies who came in cheaper (and some who came in higher) I have no doubt I made the best choice after having the unit (whole house a/c and heating unit) installed. It's been almost 2 weeks since the installation and everything is running great. Awesome customer service prior to, during and after the sale. Highly recommend TechMasters and American Standard products.
