I would highly recommend Texas Coast Heating&Air. I have been having a few issues with my AC, gave them a call and they came out the same day.The technician was very knowledgeable and addressed all of my concerns. The repairs were made quickly and AC works great now!

Just wanna say how great this company is and the great work they did on replacing my drip pan in my attic. Sounds simple but in order to replace they had to lift the unit up then replace it. Highly recommend

This company was contracted with Dr Horton in Calallen. They are a trash company and install incorrect sized units for houses undersizing them and not matching the size with the air handler. This leaves houses in the summer hot and 70+% humidity. Would not recommend this company. Crappy work, came for warranty work and still didnât catch the undersized unit. If I could leave 0 stars I would. No wonder why they at 3 star only.

I have so many complaints about their service. We used them for our new home build. First failâŚthey ran vents out of our roof without sealing it and we had rain running in through the roof. Second failâŚmanagement said it wasnât their responsibility to seal it or even notify anyone they left it open, despite our sales rep saying that they shouldâve done it. 3rd failâŚinterior installation. Every time our vents start to blow, whether it be heat or ac, things pop and make moving sounds. They are not a company I would trust to do work for me again and I wouldnât suggest them for you

I am extremely disappointed with the lack of customer service and the disrespectful treatment I experienced. There is a complete lack of reliability and transparency regarding pricing. They tried to pressure me into paying before even providing a receipt, which makes it clear they are only focused on taking money. Every time I called, I was given different information about prices, showing no consistency or honesty. The representatives were impatient on the phone, and their behavior further highlighted the untrustworthy nature of their service.

Very unprofessional establishment, we have called them out to our house 3 different times to do a system maintenance. 3 different times they have scheduled to come out and we waited and waited and waited and they never showed, never called, never followed up. We called the business to let them know each and every single time this happened and they just gave us the run around. We have seen their work cars in our neighborhood so there should be no excuse as to why they did this to us. Do not waste your time on this company!

I would highly recommend the services of this Air Conditioning company. The technician arrived on time, explained the situation and also quickly diagnosed the issue. The repair was taken care of right away and system was up and running again. He also recommended another quick fix to help the AC unit run more efficiently. He took care of this and the total cost was very reasonable.

Iâm not sure how these people get great reviews let me just give you a little story of what just happened to us! Our house that weâve been in under a year was still under warranty and we were having AC issues an AC that was installed by this company I called our builder I told him what was going on he asked me to call them and we scheduled an appointment upon them finishing the work the gentleman working on the unit handed us a bill we explained to him that our builder was taking care of the bill but and this was not something that we were we had to be pay in fact when scheduling the appointment with the lady who called us never said anything about us having to pay anything And the owner mind you knows our builder but proceeded to tell his employee to call the cops on us yes you heard that right to call the cops on us and the cops did diligently show up Well I donât know maybe they had better things to do !! to cut the long story short as Iâm sitting there talking to the officers about the situation the ridiculous situation of why they had to come out here like were thieves my builder called asked for the employees name asked me to give him this number which I did and magically it was all fixed the most unprofessional absolutely absurd thing Iâve ever been through with any business in my entire life this owner really needs to rethink his business strategies what a waste of our time and the police officers that had to show up for the most ridiculous thing in the world!!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!!

So here is how their labor and parts âwarrantyâ works, they charge $80 just to come out and later try to find a way not to cover anything under âwarrantyâ either blaming on natural causes or âmaintenanceâ not done on regular basis. Paid $80 to have the guy just come out and look at the system they installed 6 months ago. Found one small wire that was damaged by rodent. He simply stripped it and connected with a simple wire connector. 5 mins on tops right in-front of me. So $30 for âpartsâ and $51 for âlaborâ??!!!!! Their âwarrantyâ is scam and the last thing they will do is actually do some work.

I called them for help to figure out why my ac was constantly cooling and they were awesome. They responded faster than any ac company I have ever used, the technician was competent and answered all the questions I hadnât. My issue was resolved within the day. Highly recommend them!
