• Most recent service: Tech (Andrew) was on time, answered my questions, very friendly/professional and fixed a few things of concern. I'm very happy with the Service I received today. Initial new full system install: The estimator promised a lot of stuff that wasn't delivered and installed. At first I was quite disappointed with the Service received. Turns out one of their service managers left the company and the site survey list of what I ordered wasn't correctly translated to the install team. After hearing about the miss-match of what I ordered -vs- what was installed, Vernon quickly sent over two (2) of their most senior personnel, a Senior Technicians and a Manager. All the equipment that was on my original site install survey, plus a couple of much appreciated bells and whistle that were complementary. I would recommend them for Heating & Cooling to everyone.
