• *Please check list of companies under Consumer Beware list listed on Consumer Protection Ontario before you proceed.* The most pathetic customer experience I ever had. The owner is the biggest liar I have come across. I had a heat pump, water heater, and other devices installed by them in October 2024. The heat pump wasn't working for more than a year. They couldn't figure out what was wrong despite several visits. Then he had to arrange for a technician from another company to inspect it, and that technician figured out what was wrong. This is how efficient their technicians are. Please don't believe anything they say about government rebates or cost-saving programs. I was scammed. It's been 18 months since the installation. They have not even paid Enercare for the buyout. I'm not talking about all the other promises that were not fulfilled. He has no shame at all to keep on lying and giving new timelines one after the other, and then changing deadlines without any shame. I'm done dealing with them. I've had enough. I have no other choice than to take action. If anyone is dealing with similar issues with them, please don't waste your time and energy. Take action against them. Please don't trust the reviews you see here. It's all paid. He emphasizes a lot on AI and uses it for cold calling and to manipulate people. For a better picture, look at the latest reviews. I request everyone affected to take action against them. You are not alone. Justice is deserved and fight for it. There are lot of options available. He should not be able to continue scamming people and make profit out of it. He deserves to be penalized and punished by the law.

• Purchased 2 new heat pumps from 365 Heating & Cooling just over a year ago. Also replaced my furnace at the same time. Total price I paid was $26,000 for all 3, which seemed high but based on their good reviews I was willing to pay it in order to deal with excellent service after installation. I have had no luck getting a technician over to fix breakdowns over the past year. I was left without heat during the coldest night of the year and without AC both last summer and this summer due to improper installation. I had to call in favours from friends to get their equipment to work properly. Here’s the kicker, I have been kind, considerate and patient because I understand as a business owner that accidents happen in construction, yet I am continually disappointed in how these people over promise and under deliver. I have been left without adequate cooling over the past 2-3 weeks and all 3 calls to their “24 hour answer service” have received no response or follow up by a technician. I was tired of paying rental fees to Enbridge & Reliance like everyone else, but at least their equipment worked without fail and they never ghosted me in the event of a problem. Please, I implore you, do NOT trust the artificially inflated google reviews of this company. 365 Heating & Cooling does not care about servicing their customers after they collect their money. In my opinion, they do not deserve to stay in business based on how they treat their customers. On top of that, I was promised a $2,500 rebate at time of purchase that was never sent. Never received it. They just lied and kept telling me it was processed and on its way.

• SHAMELESS PEOPLE !! Avoid 365 Heating & Cooling at all costs. I chose them based on their promises of heat pump and attic insulation rebates in Dec 2024. They were extremely responsive until the contract was signed. Once they received full payment, everything changed. It has now been over 1.5 years and my promised rebates are still outstanding. I have been given almost 25–30 different resolution dates so far by their owner Kristian, but every single one has been missed. Emails, calls and messages have resulted in nothing but excuse after excuse and broken promises. I tried to be really patient and respectful until now. But these people don’t understand how much these rebates matter to a family. This is, without question, the worst customer service I have ever experienced. A company that cannot honour its commitments after taking your money does not deserve your business. Save yourself the frustration and choose a reputable company like Reliance or Home Depot. I wish I had.

• Zero stars ---- We had our old hot water tank fail unexpectedly and called several HVAC companies for quotes. After speaking with 365 Heating and Cooling, we decided to purchase a heat pump based largely on their promise that we would receive a $1,500 rebate. Fast forward almost a year, and we still have not received the rebate. Over the past year, we've made multiple trips to their office, had several phone conversations with Kristian, sent emails, and each time we've been told some version of, "It's in the mail," or "You'll have it soon." Unfortunately, those promises have never been followed through. The lack of communication and accountability has been incredibly frustrating. Instead of taking ownership of the issue and providing honest updates, we've been forced to chase them repeatedly for something that was promised when we made our purchase. While the installation itself may have been fine, customer service doesn't end once the equipment is installed. Standing behind your commitments is just as important. After nearly a year of excuses and empty promises, we have completely lost confidence in this company. If you're considering 365 Heating and Cooling, be very cautious about relying on any rebates or promises made during the sales process. Our experience has been disappointing, time-consuming, and stressful. We expected much better customer service and follow-through, and unfortunately, we cannot recommend this company based on our experience.

• CAUTION. Kristian and his team left me with a $2500 bill from Enercare and without a promised rebate from Enbridge while profiting from installation fees. The company removed my water heater and AC unit without enrolling me in Enbridge's Save on Energy program, which disqualified me from the rebates and leaving me with a $2500 bill from Enercare who said the equipment had been removed from my home without their consent. Kristian pretended to make good for several months until disappearing when I confronted him. I have since understood he and the company has done the exact same thing with other homeowners, leaving all of us with bills of several thousand dollars each.

• In 2023 we had 365 come out to our home in Durham and installed a heat pump, and relocated and installed a new furnace. The tech guys were awesome and they diligently made the trip from Kitchener each and every day until the job was completed. We were pleased with their work! The person who did the sales pitch to attract our business (at the time) had included free service. I have tried contacting this company on several occasions a while back and more recently (3 times over the past week) to schedule maintenance. However, no one is following up or calling us back. I just tried calling the number a 4th time a short while ago and got an automated message this number is no longer in service. This brings the creditability of the company into question. I strongly believe the reputation of a company hinges on both installation and after care service and their after care service 'sucks' to say the least! As such I would NOT recommend this company to anyone for their lack of professionalism and follow-up. I would be more than surprised if we were to get a call to sort this issue out when they view this review.

• It is with great regret that I am writing about my experience with this company. Kristian has been pleasant to communicate with. Unfortunately, I had a service installed in June 2025, during which my old rental water heater was replaced. I was told the cost would be covered. After further correspondence with Kristian, I was advised that a payment was still outstanding as of May 2026. I do wish the company success, but future customers should have the information they need to make an informed decision.

• We bought a heat pump in September and now 2 months later it does not work. We have tried contacting them for the last 6 days and each time we get told they will pass it along to their maintenance supervisor and it has been flagged as an emergency. We have heard nothing back and are now forced to pay another company to fix it. The whole thing feels like a scam from the start. We were told the financing was through the greener homes initiative (it wasn't) and we would be getting a $1500 rebate (we didn't) and they added on a 10 extended warranty on top of it which they clearly will never honor and pushed the total cost up to $20,000. EDIT: The initial issue with the heat pump did end up getting resolved after a few weeks, but getting anything to happen was like pulling teeth. Again we have an issue and are running into the same problems where we have contacted them and have heard nothing back. We still have not received the rebate we were promised, and at this point have given up that it will ever materialize. And we still have no faith that they will honor the extended warranty they sold us on under false pretenses as almost none of the information we were given while agreeing to it turned out to be valid or accurate. At this point I would just be happy with receiving what we were promised and getting a refund for the extended warranty so we will never have to deal with them again.

• ***AVOID AT ALL COSTS*** If you like to be lied to, be given false promises and have your credit potentially messed with then I would recommend booking with 365 Heating, Cooling and Plumbing. Purchase and install of a heat pump and tankless water heater was done in July 2025. Since that time, it’s been endless phone calls and emails to get them to pay out the remaining balance of our previous water heater. So much so that I had to pay the balance myself to avoid collections and a negative impact to my credit rating. I then had chase down 365 to reimburse me. The rebate that you’re promised is NOT coming. Every other review here is telling you the truth. In July 2025 I was told it would take 3-4 months. It is now March 2026 and no rebate has been issued. I have been following up since last year. Kristian, the owner of 365 has provided re-assurances that a cheque was issued and mailed out over a week ago. Nothing has been received. I pray that my equipment doesn’t need any type of repair or service call because I will not be contacting them for service. Buyer beware. The owner and this company cannot be trusted.

• Not sure where to begin on this. But I would never use this company again. Their customer service and follow up is nonexistent. I enrolled in the government program to replace old and ageing furnace air-conditioning and hot water tank. 365 was the company that the government connects you with. I did the program had everything replaced to find out later from the government that my application was avoided because 365 the registered company for this did the work before the application was submitted. Unknown to me until the government agency reached out to me that the application needed to be submitted first before any work was done. The sales person from 365 never once said this and actually helped me fill out the application after the work was completed so where with the government I would’ve paid off the loan for 10 years with no interest now I am subjected to an interest rate and ending up having to pay more. On top of this, they returned my hot water tank to reliance. Reliance since that point has continually charged me month over month for a water tank I no longer have I have contacted reliance understand why they’re still charging me and they informed me I needed to provide them a receipt that the hot water tank was returned. This was never provided to me by 365 so I called anywhere between 7 to 10 times asking them for this receipt to this date. I still haven’t received it. I keep on getting oh I forwarded on they’ll get back to you. On one of my calls, the reception suggested I email as that has better results. I have since sent them 10 emails and have not heard a response back. As well in this program, I was required to get an energy audit and then I would be reimbursed by 365 December 365 contacting me by email asking if I had received this money back. I confirmed by email I had not. And since then I’ve had no response back even though I sent an email every week asking for an update I believe I’m at 10 or 11 emails so far. I had high hopes in this company as the group that came out to Remove and install my equipment. Unfortunately, I feel misled unsupported in this whole process by this company. I hope in sharing this it provides you some insight before you use them.

• Beware of this company - they're withholding our rebate money. We contacted the government of Ontario for information about doing some improvements in our heating and getting a rebate for it. 365 came to our door right away without us ever contacting them. They were very fast in installing whatever we needed, but now that we're waiting for them to send us our rebate linked to the heat pump they installed, they keep giving us excuses. We have waited several months and after contacting them countless times, we're still missing our rebate money, and now even the representative that sold us the heat pump has stopped responding. Don't work with them, they're scammers. Edit to reply: You said the office has been in communication with my husband but that is not true, they have ignored us since we started asking for the rebate. My husband had tried contacting you and you were ignoring his messages until I posted this review. After you finally starting replying to his texts, you told him that we would receive the check by the end of January. We waited and nothing...My husband contacted you again in early February and you said that you will ask the office to send the check...Well, it's almost the end of February and nothing yet. This was not some discount or offer from your company, this is a government rebate that belongs to us. We already received our rebate from the Federal Government for other improvements we made at the same time more than six months ago, so why are we still waiting for our rebate?

• Tremendous service. We had a furnace failure emergency. Beginning of December 2025, of course it was the coldest week to that point. Kristian and his team were great. We had gotten a price about 10 months ealier because I suspected the furnace, although working fine, was getting close to the end at 20+ years. He honoured that price and realizing the situation scheduled the installation within 24 hours. The install team were fantastic, clean removal and installation. They were fun guys singing some tunes and enjoying the day while still doing a professional job, can't ask for more. After the installation we had a couple questions about the furnace, hepa filter and new wifi thermostat. We received an immediate response to our questions and all was good. I waited for about 6 weeks before writing this to make sure, at least in the short term, everything was working well and there were no issues. The American Standard furnace is quiet and works great for our home. I can absolutely recommend 365 Heating & AC and Kristian's team. Aside from being very professional they were nice people as well. What else can you ask for? Cheers!

• Stay far away from this company - they are scamming homeowners. The owner and president of this company promises homeowners rebates if they agree to upgrades through his company, then he doesn’t do your application and leaves you with no rebate after you’ve already paid for new equipment. The warranty they promises you is nonexistent - they make up a fake document claiming they registered your warranty then don’t actually pay for it. Every single thing they promises you is a complete lie. On top of all of that, they promise homeowners that they will buy out their existing rental water heater/furnace/AC contracts, they sell them new equipment, then they don’t buy out their existing rental contracts - which therefore locks customers in to two different contracts. They will take every dollar you give them, provide the cheapest service for you possible, and after you pay them, you will never be able to get a hold of the company again.

• I would run from this company as fast as possible! Their salesperson docusigned the contract without my permission. That's fraud. Also their prices are more than double the quotes I got from 2 other contractors. UDATE: The government agency says you failed to file the proper paperwork PRIOR to doing the upgrades which is required to receive the rebates you promised on your paperwork. • This company is a SCAM! You will be left without HEAT. We had a heat pump installed in september, it will now only run for a short time before shutting off entirely! I think we have called about 15 times and keep getting told “they’ve forwarded our call”. Yesterday the tech was supposed to come at 5, showed up at 4 and said she would stop by the next morning. it’s 4pm and no one has called or told us a time. Again tried calling the office and was told they “forwarded our call”. Luckily we left our old furnace intact and didn’t trust them entirely as it’s currently working since the heat pump QUIT! This was a 20,000$ warrantied pump and we are having to look for another company to look after it and PAY MORE!

• We installed heater water pump about few months ago. When we signed up for the new pump we were told we will get rebate. They will have to do inspection for which we paid money. We did whatever we were told to do. After installation we did inspection again as per the requirements and now they are telling us we are not eligible for rebate.
