• We got a brand new AC and furnace. Sales rep was honest and answered all our questions. Very respectful and professional guys. The lead installer (I think his name was Brandon) was also very personable, chatted a bit with us when going up and down the stairs. Carpets laid down from front door to furnace. Everything cleaned up after, from drying a few water droplets....to vacuuming some spider webs in the corner. Job was done in about 6-7 hours, didnt break for lunch, from what I saw. No complaints at all. Maintenance package is VERY reasonable and covers a yearly tune up on both units and no charge service calls. Lets face it, does anyone ever call to get a yearly tune up done?? This is automatic, and its free! Plus, no one wants to pay the service calls either when something breaks. These, among other things, are included for less than a Netflix subscription! Why wouldn't you get it, for peace of mind? When everything was finished, we were even given a small bag of chocolates with a thank you card. Great company! Thank you!

• I have recently installed a 3 ton Daikin heat pump along with a furnace from the same company. Since it is a major job, I have asked many different contractors around this area. About half of them were not reliable, and the other half were reasonably credible. However, the best one based on what they are offering is Advance Heating & Cooling. The installation crew did an excellent job. The equipment are all in high quality and very quiet. The sales man and the office staff are very responsive and professional. I'm the building manager for a local performing arts theatre and Advance won our quoting process twice by listening to our needs, thinking deeply about the unique space we have, and by having responsive, friendly and professional staff. They installed a unique, multi-zone heat pump system which is serving the theatre very well and will be returning for HRVs.
