• Made an appointment for 9-11pm to have our furnace tuned up, got the call to confirm the appointment and they said that they only had from 7pm-1am available and if that was ok. Made the appointment and on the day of the appointment the technician shows up at 9am while I'm at work. When i checked my cameras to confirm it was him i called airone to say they were early and no one is home only to be told that they don't work those hours I was told and it isn't possible for me to have gotten that appointment........ Then why do you have slots past 5pm for services if you don't work past that time?

• I bought a complete HVAC system from Aire One KW. Their quote was higher than everyone else's, but they had 4.9 stars on Google, so I thought paying extra would be worth it. I wish I had gone with someone else. Right after installation, the brand new system wasn't even working properly. It took them almost 20 days to fix it. Later that same year, the water pump broke and I had to call them again. Now, just after the 1 year labour warranty expired, I had another leakage issue. The technician came and fixed it, then handed me a $500 bill. He also kept pushing me to buy their subscription plan, saying it would cover today's repair and future issues. I ended up buying the subscription because at this point I have no confidence in the system. It's barely over a year old and I've already had to call them multiple times. What bothers me is that I paid more than other companies were quoting because I thought I was getting better quality and peace of mind. Instead, I'm dealing with one problem after another and now paying a subscription on top of what I already spent. I don't understand how a brand new HVAC system can have so many issues in such a short time. I trusted the 4.9 Google rating when choosing them. Just sharing my experience so someone else doesn't make the same mistake I did.

• Oct 2026. We got a follow up service on our new furnace by Vitik (I hope I spelled his name correctly - if not apologies). They did a good job and were very thorough and professional 2026 earlier appointment at family - Today we had Hassan do the annual maintenance. Excellent work. Thank you. Hamed and Farhad came to install a new furnace and a thermostat today. A Sunday. Very pleasant guys to deal with. Did a clean job and left a clean jobsite. • Very disappointing service. The boiler requires repairs due to an issue with the original installation, which was done incorrectly by their technician and has since caused ongoing problems and alleged health and safety concerns. After they eventually diagnosed the issue, I was provided with a quote and then told I would be charged approximately $700 to correct a problem resulting from their own installation. I called to question why I should be responsible for paying to fix their defect. I was told someone would get back to me, but I have yet to receive a response. There are also additional repairs that need to be addressed, as well as a potential water softener installation. Despite being ready and willing to spend the money, I have received no follow-up regarding any of these issues. To make matters worse, my gas service is scheduled to be disconnected in 48 days, yet I am having to repeatedly contact them just to get a response and arrange work. If I’m spending money with a company, I expect the company to provide the service and follow up—not for the customer to have to continually hound them for answers. Very frustrating experience and a serious lack of communication and accountability.

• Between scare tactics and high pressure sales...Folks do your research!! Take the time to get quotes and speak to other reputable companies....the salesman started with a quote 8 thousand dollars higher then our quote from another company, we told him we were gathering quotes from other companies and he changed....asking us what it would take to get us to sign on the spot there, insisting he could do better....then when we asked him to leave...he texted us from his car asking us if he reduced it to match the other quotes, would we go with them instead? Extremely disappointed in how pushy the salesman was....
