I wanted a quote for mini splits for my upstairs in falls church VA. Tenants living there. Technician came Wednesday at 1 pm. I was told I'll get a written estimate in 1-2 days. Well that didn't happen. I called Thursday regarding this, they said for sure today or tomorrow. Called Friday afternoon and she said for sure today. It's now Saturday and no estimate. My second opinion (another HVAC company) came on Thursday afternoon (the day after) and wrote me a quote that evening, and I have chosen to go with them. Mini splits are expensive and some of us want the job done asap. We want to be able to trust our technicians. If you tell a customer yes you will have a quote and estimate in 24-48 hours (was told that in person and on the phone TWICE), it should be a priority. That is how you close a deal. Keep your word to your customers. I am open to a phone conversation if someone would like to call me.

Had an AC failure during an heatwave and couldn’t get anyone to come out. Called 495 and the tech showed up in an hour. Diagnosed the problem and fixed it in under an hour. Will be my go to call now for any hvac issues!

Lupe was kind, knowledgeable, and friendly. He showed me what to do if the problem happened again so I wouldn't have to pay for a service call. He explained how to work my thermometer so I can optimize energy use while I am away for a month. He should get a bonus because he is always professional and takes his time to answer questions. He never asks us to give him a high rating.

Lupe and his team at 495 HVAC are OUTSTANDING! They replaced an air handler in my attic that required working in an extremely tight space. Additionally, they replaced an old outside Compressor with a state-of-the-art heat pump system -both services at a fantastic price! The team was prompt, courteous, and did outstanding work.
