A-1 Mechanical designs the plans for these systems in-house. All of the mechanical and electrical engineering, as well as AutoCAD design, is done by the firm’s own staff. Because we engineer our projects in- house, we can bring most jobs in under budget and right on time.

• Our AC technician was David G. Our date of service was 9-10-26 1. He performed all of his tasks in a very professional manner. 2. He is a courteous man who seems to love his career and his customers. I couldn't say enough good things about him. 3. He explained what he found to be the problem, let us know that the office would provide an estimate of the repairs (and the estimate did not change upon final performance of all his tasks to fix the HVAC system) 4. He was the individual who came back the following day to repair our AC unit. 5. He took before and after pictures and at the end of his visit showed me what was in need of repair and how it was corrected. 6. He also provided no hard sell on additional regular routine maintenance but let me know that the office could provide a quote on regular maintenance service should I decide to go that route. • My AC unit was continuously tripping the circuit breaker and a check of the system showed no problems with the unit so it was time to have the breaker checked. Of course it was a Saturday but A-1’s OT charge was entirely reasonable and Vic came out and was very good about answering all of my quest, replaced the breaker showing me how it was damaged, and made sure I had his contact information in case there was any subsequent problems. It’s wonderful to find a company that provides such excellent service from dispatch to repair and follow-up. Highly recommended!

• Jaw dropping. They were able to schedule me for same day service. They arrived an hour early. They determined it was a fan motor component. They carried the part in their truck. They replaced it rather than the entire motor. They were done 3 minutes before they were supposed to arrive and.....wait for it.....the charge was reasonable for two mechanics for an hour along with a trip charge. This experience varies greatly from a past (more unpleasant) experience with one of their competitors.

• I needed a new AC contractor after my old one provided false let me down on several occasions. The inspection fee was a few $ more…. But I figured if I only paid $25 for an inspection I would be getting what I paid for plus I would get false reports on what would need to be fixed since I paid only pennies. A-1 showed up and gave me five star service new filters and a thorough inspection with a highly qualified professional and polite technicians. Don’t fall for the “free inspection” scam from others …. Because they are just going to tell you to fix the X or the Y or the Z ….. Hire good and get Great 👍
