• My AC unit was leaking. They explained what they will do before they came. Arrived on time and ready to work. They cleaned out the outdoor unit ( it had leaves in it ) and replaced my filter at my request. My AC unit is over a decade old. • Not a good experience for us. We were initially quoted $120 for the work. After performing some wiring changes, the technicians burned out our zone panel. They then increased the quote to $250 and left without resolving the issue. We had to hire another contractor, who replaced and repaired the panel for $750. Overall, this situation caused us significant additional expense and inconvenience, and we cannot recommend this company based on our experience.

• I hired this company after they quoted me $120 for the job. Once they arrived, they performed some type of wire switch but never provided a detailed explanation of the work completed. Instead, they later sent me an invoice for $250, more than double the original quote. The worst part is that after they left, the system failed and my switch zone panel was damaged. Another contractor inspected it and confirmed that the panel had been burned, costing me an additional $750 to repair. Based on my experience, I would not hire this company again. Poor communication, unexpected charges, and costly damage to my property. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.
