• DO NOT HIRE. Last night, one of this company’s vans was driving aggressively in the rain, try to cut around us, struck my vehicle, and left the scene without stopping to exchange information. Despite following the driver and honking to get him to pull over, he refused to stop. When we were eventually able to make contact, he denied that the accident had occurred even though there is obvious damage to both vehicles. We contacted the company directly and, as of now, have yet to receive a callback or any effort to resolve the situation. The complete lack of communication and accountability is incredibly disappointing. What makes this incident especially disturbing is that there were children in BOTH vehicles. I had my 3-year-old daughter in my car, and the driver had his own child in the van. Driving recklessly in the rain puts innocent lives at risk, and leaving the scene instead of stopping to exchange information makes the situation even worse. Causing an accident due to your aggressive driving, refusing to stop, denying responsibility, and failing to address the situation afterward are unacceptable. I would expect a company to take an incident involving one of its vehicles seriously, investigate what happened, and make an effort to resolve the matter professionally. Unfortunately, this experience has raised serious concerns about both the driver's conduct and the company's response. I also noticed other reviews reporting concerns about aggressive driving involving this company's vehicles, which makes this experience even more concerning. If this is how the company handles a serious incident involving one of its own vehicles, I would think twice before trusting them to work on my property. I hope management takes this seriously and makes meaningful efforts to address these concerns before someone gets seriously hurt.

• Unfortunately, my experience with All Weather Contractors has been disappointing due to the unsafe and unprofessional driving behavior of their drivers on the road. The way company vehicles are operated reflects poorly on the business and raises serious concerns about the safety of other drivers. I would hope the company takes these concerns seriously, addresses driver behavior, and ensures its employees represent the business responsibly while on the road. Professionalism should extend beyond the job site, and this experience left a very negative impression, especially when the driver sideswiped a vehicle and then ran.

• I had a weird incident at my apartment complex, where the electric meter to my unit was mixed up with a neighbors that had moved out. Therefore, when they moved out and cut their electricity, it cut the electricity to my unit. Keep in mind, it’s July in Florida and I’m one of the top units of a four floor building. When our on-site maintenance staff was unable to figure out the issue, Rob from All Weather came to the rescue. He spent hours in the blazing sun, turning on and off breakers and investigating the issue. When he figured it out, he immediately got on the phone with JEA to do whatever he could to get power back immediately as it was now 2pm and my home was heating up. While they could only implement a temporary solution, since JEA needed to send a rep out directly, I felt very taken care of and can’t think Rob enough! I’m now cooling off (so are my dogs!) and appreciate the help! :)
