Thank you all very much for helping us chill again. Brian, Kayla, Joe, and Devin made the entire process of replacing our home A/C seem less and smooth. The installers worked through the rain and into the evening to ensure it was done right. They informed me of every step of the process along the way. I highly recommend this company to anyone in need of service or replacement. Thanks again!!

While it was their name that caught my attention, it was all the positive reviews that resulted in me calling them. I’m glad I did. This is the second time we have used Chill on Wheels and both times we were very pleased. They have great, efficient service and respond quickly. They are now our goto for a/c help and maintenance.

Nelson was very professional and detail oriented. He was able to get my AC system running in short order, as well as an informed list of items to repair for long term operation. I have opted to replace this old system and approved the quote they sent me.

my A/C unit was working fine, however, it was an older unit and I decided to change it as a preventive maintenance. Mr Bryan from Chills on Wheels came to my home and we went room to room and he recommended replacing my units with a 3 ton Goodman heat pump and a Goodman air handler. i was given an estimate listing a Goodman as both units as we agreed. The installation was done on April 9th,2026. I noticed that the heat pump had a Goodman logo but not the air handler, I was told that they were both Goodman. The day after the installation, I noticed that the unit was not cycling off, The thermostat was set to 77 degrees and the outside temperature was 76 degrees. A technician (Mr Joaquin) came and discovered bubbles in the sight glass and indicated that the installers had not put sufficient refrigerant in the unit. He had a tank of refrigerant, but it was not enough. Mr. Joaquin advised me that he would return within the hour with another tank of refrigerant. One of the original installers returned instead of Mr Joaquin he tested the unit and said that it did not need additional refrigerant and did not add any. the unit continued to run without cycling on and off, sometimes up to 3 1/2 hours. Mr. Joaquin came and changed the thermostat that had been installed a few days earlier, and he came again a few days later to correctly program the thermostat to display the heat setting, I later received a quote from Chills on Wheels of approximately $4,500 to insulate my attic. My attic floor has been fully insulated for many years, My house is all brick, The duct work is 100% insulated there are 4 gables with large slatted vents near the top of each and there are two ridge vents that were replaced when my roof was replaced less than one year ago. So, my attic is well insulated and ventilated. My ceiling and walls are thick plaster with lathe and metal mesh. After the installation, I was given a receipt that indicated that a Goodman heat pump and Goodman air handler had been installed. A Daikin air handler had been installed. i was told that Goodman and Daikin air handlers were the same. Goodman is owned by the Daikin company, however there are certain technical aspects that are different between the two products. I contacted several A/C companies and was unanimously told that companies manufacture the heat pumps to work with their air handlers and it is possible that a mismatched unit can work well, its best practice to install a matched brand. Chills on Wheels has given me a list of technical jargon that to a layman is just gibberish. what they have not addressed is, why was I not consulted about the switch that was contracted to and I was expecting a Goodman heat pump and a Goodman Air handler. I am a senior citizen and years ago we called this practice, "bait and switch." the unit is struggling to work in May so when we get into the Florida heat of July and August, i do not think the unit will last long. I now understand why the installers forcefully demanded to be paid on the spot instead of sending me an invoice and allowing me to forward the payment. my demand is that Chills on Wheels install a Goodman air handler as per the written agreement. So far, I have been ignored. The receipt was sent after the payment had been made and no where does it say the brand name Daikin.on July 27,2026 the unit shut down, the an appointment for a technician to come on July 28th. The nice lady in the office suggested that I check the float switch. Sure enough, there was water. I shut off the power and sucked about 1 gallon of debris out of the condensate drain. The unit was running when Mr Arguello arrived, and he checkedt it was low on refrigerant. On August 10 I saw bubbles in the seethru glass, I called and made an appointment for a tech. The next two days i did not see bubbles so i called to cancel the tech. Visit. Recently I had a new A/C unit installed in a rental unit. The technician took 2 minutes to vacuum out the condensate drain before installing the new float switch No excuses, just professional practice.

Joe's customer service from start to finish was awesome especially as I was his last stop at the end of his very long day. And he did everything needed to give us some reassurance that everything is now back to working order. In addition, suggested a vent cleaning and sent an estimate request to the office. Expecting tgat in the next day or so. Thanks Chills on Wheels! Your service has always been great!

Joaquin and Jose with the technicians that came out to the house we were extremely satisfied with what they did to the outside unit cleaning the coils maintaining the inside putting a new thermostat in. They were very personable on time called. It was a great experience. I will refer you to as many people as I can that may need you. I will give them.

Joe was very thorough with his work. He took the time to show me the part, since I was curious, and explained how it affected the system. You are the second company that we have had out here. I am very grateful to witness the difference between someone who cares and someone who's out here just changing parts. Thank you so much for having quality staff all around. The woman who made our appointment was so kind and I was so happy she could get us a next day appointment since the A/C has been broken for a week. I will be recommending you whenever I can. Be well, thank you all.

Mr. Morgan was assisted by Chillsonwheels with Air condition service/maintenance on 15 Jul 2026. Kayla was very instrumental in making sure Mr. Morgan received prompt service during these brutal days of 90+ degrees. Also, the service personnel was very, courteous and professional. First class service all around!!! Mr. Morgan wanted to let you all know that he is very pleased for a job well done! - kayla provided outstanding customer service by having a tech come out to Mr. Morgan's home to get his AC unit working properly. Outstanding job overall by both persons.

Chills on Wheels, per their contract, has a $500 NO FRUSTRATION GUARANTEE. If not fixed in 48 hours I get $500 per their contract. On my first a/c took many weeks to get fixed, they emailed confirming that I'm owed the $500 but they won't pay and now they will not communicate. Now on my 2nd a/c units, Mitsubishi mini-splits, they scheduled another appointment to try to fix it but didn't show up and won't communicate. My mini-split has one outside unit and 3 inside head units. In trying to fix the one head they added more freon without measuring and then let out freon without measuring. Now the other 2 heads are not cooling as they initially were before the technician began messing with the freon. They also have a "100% MONEY BACK GUARANTEE FOR 2 YEARS". After many attempts to communicate via phone, email, and texting they will not communicate for even information if they are going to try to continue to attempt to fix my mini-splits that are under warranty. They are not dependable and don't adhere to their own contract.
