I contacted Cooks for a HVAC repair which they attended to promptly, but weren’t able to repair it because the part had to be ordered. They returned my call within the day and diagnosed the problem the same day. However, I didn’t hear from anyone on the day of the anticipated repair. I had to contact them myself to find out if the part was received & being installed. The repair was done on an investment property, my tenants were not happy with no AC. Their are answered by what appeared to be an answering service. There’s no direct contact with the repair person or their supervisor. I didn’t like not having a contact person and not knowing when the service was completed. My tenant confirmed that repair was done and that it is now cooling.

Very poor communication I was told 11am to 2 pm I text the technician whats his eta no answer I waited 20/30 min and called then get told it's gonna be closer to 430 5 I already sat around for 3 hours I was not waiting any longer . Another rean I dont trust these kinds of companies.
