• My momma said to trust the The Taylor family. David A. Taylor and family has been taking care of my family's A/C systems since I literally was a baby. My current system is on it's 9th year and still going strong. I highly recommend buying the 10 year service agreement if/when it's time to buy a new A/C system so you don't have to worry if something expensive goes out like the compressor, or even something like a capacitor that wears out over time. Our system has been proactively maintained with each service call and we've never had a problem with an outage.

• Got home to an 89 degree house immediately called this dude. He answered and immediately started helping me troubleshoot the issue. (It was a tripped breaker) He knew a possible reason for the tripped breaker and instructed how to go about confirming it. • What a wonderful experience! From the start, Kristen and Michelle were terrific, communicative and accommodating. Then came Jared, a warm, personable, and knowledgeable tech, very thorough, respectful and clean. Installation prep, Jacory came to measure and drop off equipment, again, respectful, clean and thorough. Installation day, I had FIVE guys in and out of the house all day and it was absolutely stress free! Paul, Matt, Jacory, and Steven worked together beautifully, quietly even. They respected the property and me, Paul made a point to ask me how I was doing throughout the day. Meanwhile, they're up and down out of the attic in the heat of the day. Matt had to be folded up in a small hot space all day! And each one so pleasant. David Taylor, himself, came to inspect the job and reallocate staff as needed. • David Taylor runs a side business of rental properties, you pay your rent to the HVAC office. When we moved out David was rude and lied about the state of the home and accused us of stealing a cook top. He refused to return our security deposit. I took him to small claims court with photos as proof and WON the case, now he has a lien against the company because he refuses to pay the court order. I would never do business with him ever again, rather live under a bridge.

• We just had Josh and Matt from David Taylor AC in our home to replace our panel box, and they did an amazing job! They were an absolute pleasure to have in our house — extremely professional and polite. They worked quickly and efficiently, and the results are outstanding! They also cleaned up thoroughly when they were done, and left everything in great condition (keep in mind some additional cleaning is always needed after work like this, these guys are qualified technicians, not a cleaning service!). In addition, we feel a whole lot safer with this new panel box, because that old one definitely had some issues.
