• Aldi is very responsive and easy to work with. he answers his phone and texts very promptly. He gave me a quick estimate on replacing my AC compressor that was a lot lower than the other companies I got estimates from. He was very thorough and checked all the possibilities that could have made the compressor go out and also gave me an estimate on a whole new system if any of these other things were bad too. He tested and everything else was okay, so he went ahead and replaced the compressor very efficiently. I would highly recommend Aldi and his company. UPDATE: Because of the good service on my compressor, I hired Aldi’s team on a biannual maintenance contract, and his rates are much more reasonable than other local companies. What sets Aldi apart is his responsiveness—he answers his phone directly every single time, takes care of business immediately, and never wastes your time. On a recent maintenance check, he spotted an issue and took care of it on the house as a courtesy. Fair pricing, zero hassle, and reliable service. Highly recommended!

We had previously been extremely happy with Bueller, but since the company was sold, the service has felt much more corporate and less customer-focused. Their technician came out for this exact issue two days earlier, charged nearly four times as much, and said he did not want to begin the work because it was already 4:00 p.m., he was tired, and could leave in an hour if he did not start. That really bothered me. The difference with Florida Airflow was remarkable. John was courteous, hardworking, and respectful. Aldi, the owner, answered the phone after 8:00 p.m. and personally came back out almost immediately. He found the real problem and made absolutely certain it was fixed correctly. Aldi and John demonstrated the work ethic, communication, timeliness, integrity, and genuine customer care that are incredibly rare today. Honest, dependable, and committed to excellence. Luckily there was still two months left even though the original installer’s date has passed. Ordered the part and only paid to install plus a pound of Freon.
