Miguel did an excellent job repairing our unit after a thunderstorm damage our unit. The techs are very honest and showed me what was damage and gave me multiple repair options from budget friendly to the top tier option. Their maintenance package is very affordable and includes two services a year. The best part was that I scheduled the appointment the night prior and was able to still get service the next day.

Had a blower motor failing on our AC unit. They quoted us $1000 for an hour of labor on a warranteed part! Went with another company and got it done for less than half. Will never call Fenwick for anything again.

The air conditioner technician who came for my routine maintenance said I needed a new thermostat because you could not read the temperature or setting because it was to pale. It was working fine otherwise. It got pale a year and a half ago during routine maintenance when the technician took it off running on the batteries and made it runs solely from the unit. When it was running on the batteries it was totally clear. At the time, I tried to tell that technician that I liked it running on the batteries but he would not listen to me. He was very rude and dismissive. I did call to complain about him directly. I asked that he never be sent to my house again. This was a year and a half ago and the thermostat has been pale ever since and hard to read. I feel it was that technician's fault because it would be an amazing coincidence for it to happen at that exact time. The technician today was very nice but at one point as he was hooking up the new thermostat my house smelled of something burning. The new thermostat cost me about $660 and I feel this is not at all a good price.
