• I called Elite AC up last week and was able to schedule a tune up on my Carrier unit. Victor was assigned to come out. Victor showed up a little early but was only waiting a few minutes until I got to the house. He's very knowledgeable definitely knows what he's doing. My drain was closed up and it took him a few extra minutes to get it cleared up. The rest of the tune up went without an issue. I totally recommend that anyone who needs an amazing HVAC to call and get scheduled for a tune up over even look into getting a updated unit. Thank you for always keeping the HVAC system working perfectly. I called Elite AC to have Marshall stop by to give me a quote to replace my entire HVAC system at my home. He's very professional & friendly and knew exactly what system I needed. I was able to schedule the replacement the next day. Robert Hudson was the technician that showed up for the installation. He's very professional & friendly and had the HVAC replaced and back working. The whole process from the beginning to the end was so easy and stress free. • 9/19/26 This is an UPDATED review: After more information and action on my part, I took away one star due to what I feel is either the carelessness of their technicians or poor quality of the original system I was sold, or both. Either way, I feel I was forced to spend $1,700.00 more than i should have. In mid-March of 2021 (5.5 years from posting) I purchased a new a/c system from Elite. In mid-August of this year it started to have problems and then stoped working altogether. I called Elite and one of their technicians came out and told me the blower motor, evaporator coils and the TXV switch, all traditionally very durable parts, needed replacing at a cost to me of $1,7000. What could I do? So I bit the bullet, paid the bill, and figured I was sold junky equipment to begin with (a lot of it!). Unfortunately within a day or two of the new equipment being installed, the same problems I was having with the old system returned! So this time, out of frustration, desperation and poverty I consulted Chat GPT for a possible cause and solution. The first thing it suggested was to clean the condensate line. So I bought a kit online for $35.00, turned off the system and gave the line 3 good shots as instructed. I turned the system back on and it’s been running great ever since! Because the new parts were under warranty anyway, I called Elite out 3 days later. He did a couple of things but as far as I could tell, had no effect on the system which had been working great since clearing the condensate line. So in my opinion and experience with Elite a/c their highly rated technician just missed it, and it cost me dearly. Their big, expensive repair was useless without clearing that condensate line and they missed it. It makes me wonder if their technician even tested my three parts or if he was just replacing them. If they were tested, why did all 3 go bad at the same time if this company is selling good equipment? And, why is their technician installing new equipment on top of a clogged condensate line? They carry those big white co2 canisters in their trucks just for that purpose!? It seems careless to me. One star because at least their employees are polite.

• Terry from Elite Air Conditioning is a superhero! I recently purchased two AC units from Elite, and from start to finish, my experience has been exceptional. The installer, Tom, was beyond exceptional. His knowledge, attention to detail, workmanship, professionalism, and pride in his work were truly impressive. He took the time to make sure everything was installed properly, and it was evident that he genuinely cares about doing the job right. After the installation, I noticed a buzzing noise and contacted Elite. They promptly sent Terry to diagnose the issue. Terry was incredibly friendly, personable, professional, and reassuring. He immediately put my mind at ease, explaining that the problem was minor. He found the issue—a bracket that needed the slightest adjustment—and fixed it promptly. Just like that, the buzzing was gone! What impressed me most was not only the quality of the work, but the customer service and genuine care shown after the sale. Elite didn’t simply install the units and walk away. They stood behind their work, sent to AMAZING technicians and made sure I was completely satisfied. Terry and Tom are tremendous assets to Elite Air Conditioning. Their knowledge, professionalism, workmanship, and commitment to their customers are exactly what you hope for when inviting a company into your home. • In August 2026, AC Service Tech, Seth Crook, came today to assess my 2 ton unit for replacement or repair. He worked quickly and professionally to determine the cause of my unit failure. Seth kept me informed along the way in his diagnosis of the problem and repaired my unit with a simple fix. I appreciate the professional work and excellent communication by Seth. I highly recommend Eltite AC and Seth for AC repairs. In 2022, I had a Carrier condenser unit installed by Elite's DJ and Devin. They arrived early and completed the job quickly and professionally. They took only about 1.5 hours to install the unit, but they did not rush. Both worked diligently and took the time to complete a high quality job. They patiently answered all my questions and kept me posted on progress. I will recommend this company to anyone looking for a new AC.
