The capacitator stopped capacitating and had to be replaced. They came out quickly on a Sunday to fix it.

Excellent. After several failed attempts at finding an AC person we happened upon Cool Connections. Chris and his team are prompt, knowledgeable and all so very kind. They clean up after themselves(even on hands and knees on our steps) and seem to have done a fantastic job installing our new unit which was not an easy task. It had to be completely taken apart and put back together in our sweltering hot attic. One man even installed a new dryer vent for me so it wouldn’t blow directly into our new unit out of the kindness of his heart. Who does that now a days?! Cool Connections. That’s who. They all had integrity. Very impressive. They answered all questions and made us feel informed and safe with our decision even though buying a new unit not two weeks after moving into our new home was not expected nor were we thrilled about doing. We feel so blessed to have found them and will be lifelong clients of Cool Connections. Chris is an honest man and I know helped us make the right decision given our circumstances which we appreciated so much not knowing anyone yet in the area. They found leaks and problems no one else did. True professionals who take time to help you understand your options to arrive at the best solution for your problem. Just wish our inspectors had done a better job. This problem should have been very easy to see by anyone with eyeballs LOL and I suggest anyone buying a home to send their own inspector. At their cost. Would have save us thousands. On multiple problems.

Absolute amazing service! Im big on small businesses and to have an owner do the estimate and even come out with one of the team members to complete the job deserves praise. I am thankful I chose Cool Connections for my attic insulation project, via the JEA rebate program recommended service providers. Everything about the service was prompt and to the fact! No pushy sales tactics and none of that well lets sit down and talk about it mess. 🙄 I can feel the difference in my home already!
