• Within 30 minutes of speaking with the delightful Miss Leanne in the front office, Don and Rian arrived to check out our upstairs AC unit. They were very friendly and professional, and super patient with our little dog who was excited to meet new friends. Don and Rian identified and repaired the problem so quickly it was amazing! Our upstairs immediately began to cool down and we were so relieved to be able to sleep comfortably again. Thank y'all so much!

• I would highly recomend Complete Air. Complete Air did a fantastic job. Other companies took too long. Gave me prices that were way too high. Didn't call back in a timely manner. I spoke to Don at Complete Air, he knows his business. Don also has great customer service. An employee showed up at 8:30 as promised. By 11:00 my A/C was working. The employee was great all the way around. Perfessional, kowledgeable, and courteous. Bottom line the A/C was fixed ASAP. Only the broken parts were replaced, no addon's, nothing misdiagnosed. The repair was less expense than other companies quotes. Sorry this is so long. I cant remember the Techs name I think Don or Dan. Shout out to him, he is awesome.

• On July 4, my air conditioner started running hot. I had just had maintenance on it. I called another company who came out and told me the unit was "failing," and wanted me to spend thousands of dollars, and go on a home maintenance plan. I persuaded him to at least add refrigerant, which he did. I did not take their advice about a "leak" and the replacement of a coil. Instead, I called a neighbor and asked for a recommendation for an a/c company. She gave me the number of Complete Air. I called the next day and got an answer from real person after a couple of rings. She listened to me without rushing me, and set up an appointment for the very next day. The men arrived thirty minutes ahead of schedule, did complete diagnostic testing, told me exactly what they did, and said there was nothing wrong with my unit. I am so grateful for an honest and experienced company, who took time to listen to me, treated me with respect and compassion, and gave me good news and good advice. I'm a customer from now on.
