• We couldn’t be happier with our recent air conditioning equipment upgrade and replacement! From start to finish, the entire experience was exceptional. The team was professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and extremely respectful of our home. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of our questions, and made sure the installation was done properly—not just quickly. The attention to detail and quality of the workmanship really stood out. Our home is large and the AC installation was a significant project, but the entire process was handled smoothly and efficiently. The crew arrived when they said they would, worked diligently, kept everything clean and organized, and left the work areas in excellent condition. Most importantly, we can already tell the difference in the comfort of our home. The new system is performing beautifully, and we have tremendous confidence that we made the right choice. • Matt and his team came and installed a brand new 15 seer high-efficiency HVAC system with less than 24 hours notice. They were not only cordial and professional, but they were also neat and did an excellent job from beginning to end. They also took the time to go over how to operate the new system, Including setting up the Wi-Fi compatible, thermostat and programming feature features as well. Many companies these days treat customers like herding cattle… And don’t offer the personalized service. I will go out on a limb and say that this company is one of the best I’ve worked with in recent years… and I will be sure to refer them to customers, friends, and family for years to come.

• HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. LOOK NO FURTHER FOR YOUR AC SERVICE. Looked on google for 24 hour service in the Jacksonville area on Saturday and a lot of companies couldn’t come out until Monday or wanted to charge a ridiculous fee for Saturday service. I finally found Best A/C LLC and first thing I noticed was the excellent customer service. Then on top of that was able to come within 2 hours of the call itself after the service call they were already at. Came in and gave very fair pricing for the work and got the work done expeditiously and had the ac in our house blowing in no time. Truly grateful for their service, time, and great customer service. • Is summer heat wearing on your AC? Well let me tell you a tale where Best AC was the hero. When is the best time for your AC to breakdown? Middle of the summer. Mine went down during a time with temperatures over 100 degrees. We had a technician come out to try and repair the unit. He was able to but said the unit would die in the next two weeks. His company quoted us for a new unit. We decided to shop around, but were not finding the right unit for us. Cue Best AC. They were a last second find, but their quote came in $4000 dollars less and they were able to do the work that same weekend. Matt was wonderful to work with and the process to pay was simple. I was not at my house for the repairs, but Matt sent me completion photos to make sure I was happy with the work. Whenever someone asks for an AC referral I know where I will send them, Best AC.

• Our AC stopped working today, and in June in Florida we all know that’s a big problem. I called Matt at 6pm and he was here by 6:45. The issue turned out to be minor and he had us up and running by 7:30. He was very kind and honest and didn’t try to upsell us at all and was very reasonably priced for the service needed. He gave us tips on how to troubleshoot ourselves for future issues to avoid needing to call a technician. With young kids and working from home, his quick turn around was a lifesaver for us!
