• I WOULD LIKE FOR YOU TO KNOW THIS: My review is not a one time I conducted business with them, my review is based on I have done business with them I think over 15 times give or take now and we have needed them for various types of jobs, new installs, repairs to our other units, duct work and duct work repair etc. So I feel I have a pretty rounded opinion of this company. My Review This one is a no brainer. You call everyone else 1st then call Bold City. Favorite issue #1 They are fair priced, honest, knowledgeable, FAST response if a unit goes down. 2nd favorite thing are the technicians and how every single tech that has come HAS KNOWN WHAT THEY ARE DOING. (I know you understand exactly what I am saying). The techs find and fix the problem without lying, THE 1st time. We have rentals and have had several new installs, by that I mean they have installed 6 completely new units, have had them come to do repairs on our older units as needed and when we have had a unit quit in the middle of the summer THEY ALWAYS got to us same day!. The techs working late into the evenings to get to everyones appointments and for the unexpected emergency calls. We have scheduled services that they TOLD US were not needed. How is that for honesty. We will not use or trust any other company. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED! Tell them Angela sent you by way of my review. I get nothing for it but you will walk away one extremely happy customer and have a great heat & air team who really care about you for the long haul. UPDATE: Jan. 7th 2021- Today had two additional new ac units installed! Again a super amazing company. UPDATE: Have had one unit , 2 repairs since last post and today my outside unit needed replacement. BOLD CITY AIR!!! YOU GUYS ROCK Wanted to add... RT was our technician and has been to our house several occasions. These technicians are the top of their class I've said it above but I have not had one technician come to repair something and have no idea what they're talking about. It was that way before I found Bold City. The owner has amazing Pride for his business and the people who represent Bold City air. Everybody is extremely wonderful and RT was amazing today as he always is! 10/7/2026 Update: had a 10 year old unit causing problems , so while doing scheduled maintenance, had them check it out. The techs today were Edwin & Daniel , and ONCE AGAIN THESE TECHS KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING! I also want to give a shout out about Nora who works in the office!! Professional, knowledgeable, oh so friendly & sweet! This company truly is a unicorn in my very very lengthy business dealings I've had!! We became customers when Mirza (owner) was a pretty new company. We have been with them over ten years now! That should be all you need to know about my honest opinion about Bold City Air!

• Bold City Ac / Heating scheduled a Maintenance visit today ! I’m a Nurse and had to Lose a whole day of work to accommodate their schedule! Well , They NEVER SHOWED AND NEVER CALLED! Do I get my lost revenue back . No ! The reason we have a Maintenance Program to begin with is due to a poor estimate for original contract ! I am OUTRAGED AT THIS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! • Last year, Bold City got us a new unit and back on warranty. This year, we couldn’t get humidity and condensation under control. Derek came out and spent a significant amount of time trying to figure out what we could do with Mattamy’s absolutely terrible duct work design for our home that’d minimize expense and maximize impact. Eventually we landed on replacing our existing duct work and installing a dehumidifier. They got us on the calendar for two days later, and Derek, Trent, and Taz got the work done ahead of schedule. What impressed me most is how they went above and beyond in ensuring everything in the house was sealed up appropriately. I absolutely trust their advice and their work. Hope we don’t have to work together much in the near future given the work that’s been done—but when a need arises, this is the only company I’d trust!

• Had a loss of cooling last night so researched this morning for a family owned heating and air company. Was not disappointed when I contacted Bold City Heating and Air. At 7 something in the morning filled out online appointment request and immediately got a friendly call from them. Just a few short hours Cannon Wimpey, my assigned tech, arrived. He was professional, personable and on point. He located this issue with my a/c within 1/2 an hour and replaced the part explaining everything done. Not only that inspected my compressor and air handler and cleared the drain. He also made some recommendations but assured me my unit was in good shape. I never once felt uneasy with him in and out of my house. I was very very pleased with this conclusion to my call for service and Cannon is an asset to this company. Bold City Heating and Air is now my go to for any future needs.

• After spending over $8,000 on a unit, the first time they come out for those 2 complementary maintenance inspections, their task is to upsell you. Makes you feel like you’re being used, not maintained. Responding to the response: Anything I heard from the tech was an upsell. He was not a maintenance guy, he was a sales guy. After having another company come out yesterday and clean out my drain, there’s no way this tech even vacuumed out my drain. The blockage was far beyond six months old. My one year old unit was leaking water that has settled beneath my floor. Bold city, don’t even try to be responsive. Hell yes, I felt used. That’s why your 5 star has been reduced to one. I can’t trust you to come in good faith to maintain my unit. Whatever ‘offer’ you’re referring to had a price tag of $2000 and I’m doing fine without it.
