  • John was wonderful!!! He made me his priority even with it being the 4th of July weekend he came to my rescue. My AC wasn’t cooling. It was 87 inside the house. I told him what was going on. He came with parts in hand and didn’t have to go get anything. Repaired it quickly and also took the time to educate me on what he was doing. John will forever have my praises 💃🏽.

He took photos and videos and sent them to me so I could contact the original installer. Jon was very courteous and professional and took great lengths to explain what he saw. After my issue is settled I will be calling Jon and A Plus Air for any future concerns and maintenance. . This service was part of the City of Georgetown Program
