• Had an appointment for a service they said between 8-10 took the morning off. 11rolls around I call they are stuck on an issue, no call to at least tell me. They then say they will be there in 45 min. I again call 2 hours later no answer. They text an hour later from that they will be there in 20 min. Another hour goes by they text they “had to make a stop”. Total waste of time. Could you imagine if this was some emergency issue and you relied on this place.

• Do not trust, the company is a scam. Chris, apparently the owner, initially came out and "did some work" to fix an issue with the HVAC system. He left a gas leak that caused an evacuation of my house as well as the surrounding houses. Gas company had to come out and shut off the gas which caused no hot water or heat for over a week. He refused to return any phone calls or text so we had to go with another company. When the other company came out they showed us how Chris had stolen multiple parts from the unit that needed to be replaced to get it back up and running. Because of the gas leak it cost an extra $750 to do a pressure test to have the city turn the gas back on. Another $2500 to replace the part he stole and wouldn't return. A police report has been filed and a lawsuit is coming although from my understanding won't result in any reimbursement. Just don't want anyone to get scammed by this guy

• Beware! I had a problem with my AC unit before the warranty was up. Chris would not respond after multiple attempts. I spent ovev$3000 to get it repaired by another company. I texted all my bills to Chris and still got no response. I ended up suing him. He never showed up or tried to contact me. He has over $100,000 in lawsuits against him. I hired a PI to see if he had any assets that could be used to pay me back. He has nothing in his name. A wolf in sheep's clothing.

• Our A/C quit working over the weekend. Called this company, they were willing to come out the same evening but I decided to have them come out the next day. Chris came out and did his diagnostics promptly. The unit outside had a leak and had lost almost half of the refringent It was going to cost just as much to repair, as to replacing it with a brand new A/C unit. • Absolutely NO communication. First time I had them out it was 4 days to get the ac fixed in 106 degree weather. Had to CONSTANTLY CALL AND TEXT. Again and again. I’m still waiting to get the heat working. After nearly $2k to get the system up I’m still waiting. Been two days with excuse after excuse. If I call another company of course the warranty is void. Avoid this company! You will regret it!

• We paid $8k for Choice AC to install an indoor and outdoor units two years ago. We are thus under warranty. Since installation when we need help we have been either a) unable to reach either office (busy signal for hours and hours) b) ghosted by a tech who said they’d come then never did nor followed up or c) given a time slot of 1pm-3pm and right now it’s 8:30pm and the tech hasn’t made it yet. I understand things happen and there is human error and I don’t want to defame a good company or an honest tech but there needs to be a semblance of accountability. So here I am piping up and sharing a sad review.

• They will not fix my AC! They sold me a 5 ton Trane in 2018. It has had 3 new compressors, a new fan motor and a new sensor. It is still not working and they refuse to fix it right. This has all been covered under warranty, however I suffer for weeks in 80° temperatures in my home until they get around to coming out. I'm fed up. Getting pretty desperate. Will keep doing reviews everywhere until it's fixed.

• My family member has had issues with this company since they installed new unit 4 years ago. Last summer same issues happened and took them nearly 2 months to fix problems. Meanwhile having to endure 95+ degree days . Now… same issues. Now going on 5 weeks and still not fixed and now no response..and the heat is coming. Chris was responding and now he’s not . • Our heater has been working on & off for a couple of months now. I had done the basic checks and I couldn't get it to work properly. It finally just stopped blowing hot air and wouldn't shut off, so I called Choice Air. I was surprised to find-out that they would come out on a Sunday, and even more surprised to learn that they do not charge overtime or weekend rates to do it; and they were nearby. After speaking with them on the phone, a technician immediately texted me with a time frame to come out. Chris cam e out as promised, I described the issue, and he went right to work. In very little time Chris came down and told me he had everything working properly and described what he had done for us. He also advised me on what to do in the event of future problems. Then he told us there was no charge! What? The temperature has just hit freezing this week, and it looks like a cold winter ahead. This blessing has made me a believer. I'm thinking if I had called someone prior to this for routine cleaning and maintenance I would not have had to worry in the first place. Call these guys.

• I would give zero stars if possible. I called about getting a tech out to look at my non functioning unit. I was first given a time 4-7 but as was being booked got disconnected. Called back new time of 5-8, ok that’s fine. 8 rolls around no call nothing, I call and am told oh shouldn’t be much longer. Then 10 pm rolls around so I call back. Again tells me it’ll be at least another hour. I’m sorry I don’t want a stranger in my home at midnight when I’m alone with my kids. The communication was SO poor. They finally called around 11:45 to say he could come now. I declined. At any point they could have said he was incredibly far behind and I could have tried to find someone else to come out. Very unprofessional and rude. Don’t waste your time! When I asked if they’d push me to first appointment tomorrow because they weren’t making it in a timely manner she told me no. I’d have to wait until Sunday afternoon. So I’d be penalized again because they can’t get jobs done in a timely manner or communicate with customers about what’s going on? Ridiculous.
