Jason Sherrod with Burnside came out to our house as part of the two regular heating/cooling system checks that come with the annual maintenance package. As always, Jason was very professional and courteous and very thorough in inspecting everything and identifying potential concerns and opportunities for improvements. I was impressed with and thankful for the amount of time Jason spent on a routine inspection and documenting in detail the inspection results. Highly recommend Burnside.

I called Burnside Heating, A/C and Plumbing yesterday late afternoon and spoke with Norma. She was incredibly helpful in understanding the HVAC and plumbing issues I was having and scheduled technicians out for the following day. I received an email from the office this morning letting me know the names of the technicians that would be showing up and that they were on their way. Jason Sherrod came by today to help diagnose an Alert Code 270 on my 2020 Lennox Heating Unit. He was very professional and polite, provided me with his business card, and I felt very comfortable with him in my home. He worked to diagnose the issue and noted it was due to a flame sensor not firing, which was noticably dirty due to lack maintenance on my part. I was provided a quote and he went to work to clean the flame sensor. When that didn't ultimately fix the problem he continued his inspection and noted the gas valve appeared faulty. He removed the charge for the flame sensor cleaning and only charged me for the valve replacement. He was very patient in listening to all my questions and helping me understand the basics about my units so I could make well informed decisions to better protect these highly valuable pieces of equipment in the future. I appreciated the candid discussion and information conveyed in a way I could understand it.

I am very pleased with Burnside sometimes thing happen but Dean and his crews made sure my system was working to the optimum level. I later had a problem that Garrett ( done no charge as part of their service guarantee) diagnosed which wasn’t Burnsides responsibility, but help to correct with recommendation of another trade. Minor issues with initial install. Some damage to the attic access entry and a shelf in the attic was damaged. The damage was mentioned to the company but it never got addressed. Fixed the damage myself. Minor seal issues found by city inspectors. Burnside had a team come by and fix the seal issues in a timely manner. Overall, I'm satisfied. Hector and Mario are great. Very professional and friendly.

My scheduled maintenance service was thorough. Jason, as always , was friendly and professional. He took the time to complete a multi-point system health report. Highly recommend Burnside for all your home climate control needs. It’s always a pleasure to get the call from Jason , giving me the heads up that he is on the way. It lets me know that an outstanding Technician is on the way. Today, not only did he complete the inspection, he was able to clear a fault without it costing me extra money for parts. In Addition, a few months back, Chance arrived to troubleshoot my tankless hot water heater. Through his experience and professionalism, he had my system up and running right away.
