• I have been using A1 Air Conditioning for a while now and really like them. We had our furnace and air conditioner replaced by A1 given the age of our existing HVAC system. Dallas and his helper did the installation today. They did an amazing job - very professional, knowledgeable, and outstanding quality of work. Dallas clearly explained the features of the system and showed how to operate it. I would highly recommend using them - you can’t go wrong!

• So my 92 year old mother relied on this company to do a good job and be honest and this is what she got!! This company charged her $2,000 + an additional $350.00 when they came back to "Check what was wrong with the unit" and didn't fix anything!!! They installed a WINDOW unit that they installed in the wall instead of giving her the correct wall unit, they gave her the information/directions and left. There is insulation missing all around the sides so who knows now how she will be in the winter with cold air able to come through! they added a huge cover in the back OVER the old one so now the air conditioner runs non stop because it doesn't get enough air flow! What a SCAM and very disappointing that a company would take advantage of the elderly! all this and they charged her $2,350.00 WOW unbelievable and sad!

• We had a technician come to our home last night to look at our air conditioner. He checked everything out, told us what he thought was wrong with it, suggested what we could do as far as fixing it or getting a new air conditioner, showing us some quotes and going over everything. Just for him to do that it cost us nearly $300 and he did not fix the air conditioner and we were told that if we bought a new one we would get that money back so we have to spend over $5000 to save $300? I was absolutely disappointed at the cost just to have him come and look at it and that’s it. An hour later, a friend of a friend of ours came to our home, looked at it and fixed it!! We were totally gypped out of $300 at the end of it, it actually cost $500 because we gave the person that actually did fix it. $200.

• Highly recommend. I sent a message requesting an appointment on Sunday night for possibly Monday or sometime during the week. Received a phone call right at 9:00 am with an appointment for 11. Service technician, Lucas, came promptly with a constructive, positive and kind disposition. He didn't try to oversell me anything and gave me some good feedback. • I live at Tyandaga unit 508 Samir was here fixing our air conditioners there was a sound that nobody knew where it was coming from. Samir went to the roof and found the sound almost immediately it was a screw loose in one of the units on the roof. Now my home does not sound like helicopters are flying around. Samir is a super guy and he worked out the problem and I would only ask to give him a great review as he did a solid job and fixed the problem. He is also is a gentleman with people’s skill. • Very disappointed with the follow-up service at A1. I bought a furnace this past winter and was very happy with the whole experience. Furnace worked great and the installers did a fantastic job. But when I tried to use the AC in the spring, it didn't work. I was told that I needed another part so that my thermostat could control my AC. I tried talking to their customer service (who was great, BTW), but they were told by a manager that the only way that I could get my AC working was if I bought and installed the part myself or if I paid for them to provide and install the part. Needless to say, I wasn't going to pay them to install a part to get my AC working, as I would've expected my AC to work after I had the new furnace installed. It is unfortunate that a manager at A1 turned a great service experience into such a poor outcome, all for a matter of ~$100 after a multi-thousand dollar furnace purchase.

• Called A1 for electrical services. Daryl from A1 quickly arranged to have Ian - their master electrician at my house the next day. While on site, Ian provided excellent recommendations and work. On the first visit he diagnosed an issue with our lighting switch. He also suggested that our halogen pot lights should be replaced sometime as they were old and the bulbs would burn out quickly. On the second visit, he replaced all of our kitchen and mud room pot lights. If you want great friendly service at a really affordable price, look no further than A1. Ask for Ian.
