I wrote a 5-star review 5 years ago, and I'm re-reviewing them because they continue to be excellent! We get preventative maintenance done, and I've always been happy with their service. Sasha who comes is always polite, knowledgeable, and explains things thoroughly. These past couple weeks we had to do a service call because there was a leak! Sasha came out and refilled the refrigerant, explained options if the lines froze again, and because the EPA has changed laws on what type of refrigerant you can use, we would have to change our air handler (utility room) and condenser (outdoor). I figured as much since a friend had to do the same thing, so I knew they weren't yanking my chain. Fast forward to the lines freezing again, service call in, lovely Paula setting up my appointment for me and telling me what to do in the meantime. The guys came within 3 days and it only took *that* long because they had to order the unit we chose. The install guys were here from 9:30 until 4:00 working their butts off; they laid tarps so they wouldn't track dirt, and they cleaned as they went. Just amazing. Triple A, 5 stars!

My Air conditioner lost power mid summer at 10 pm at night, started to panic as temps rising, called Alex from AAA he was awesome, walked me through a couple things, then directed me to an emergency switch that accidentally got turned off! He knew exactly what it was, and was able to let me know my unit was still under warranty Can’t thank this guy enough!

We are very happy with our new oil fired furnace and AC unit and thermostat installed by AAA bros. Due to our mechanical space, they needed to design some ductwork changes to efficiently route the airflow and to fit the coil for the AC in the limited vertical space. We had over 100 degF temps last week and we were so glad that they did a great job! Their communications are excellent, they tell you what they're going to do and they do it.

The water started pooling under my Bradford White water heater on Sunday night, so I called AAA Brothers since they installed it 7 years ago for the previous owners. I explained the situation and got a quote for a new heater, assuming that diagnosing the problem is part of the job. Their guys came and installed a brand new heater. The result was as expected, and the price was reasonable. However, I got the same issue with pooling water just after 3 days. I called AAA Brothers, and their tech Igor was able to diagnose the problem over the phone in a few minutes. It turned out that the condensate line from the HVAC was clogged, resulting in water accumulating under the heater. So, I’ve never needed a new heater to begin with and then had to solve another issue. I’m not sure why a proper diagnostic wasn’t done before the expensive heater replacement. If I only needed installation without any expertise, I could have called Lowes/Home Depot. AAA Brothers offered a $200 discount to solve the actual issue by installing a condensate pump, but I got this job done by a licensed plumber for the same price as AAA Brothers’ quote after the discount.

On one of the hottest days of the year our AC went out and I called AAA Brothers who I have a service contract with. They sent a gentleman by the name of Alex who in record time found the problem. It turned out to be a fried wire on the capacitor which might have been the result of a recent lightning strike. At no time did he try to sell me something I did not need, he simply fixed it at no charge. Finding a honest, reliable company today is hard to find but I found one with AAA Brothers, thank you Alex!
