• Doug and his service team at Mid-Atlantic Geothermal helped us out immensely this past winter. We came home from a weekend trip and discovered that a pipe within our unit was leaking, and we had no heat. They walked us through the repair process, got emergency heat working and helped uncover another issue with old faulty piping that was installed underground running into our home. Doug explained everything to us during each visit from his team and the entire repair was completed in a very timely manner. He even provided us with his cell phone number and fielded many calls from us during the repair. Each member of the team that we dealt with through the whole ordeal was professional and understanding. When we realized a condensation overflow condition was causing our HVAC compressor to constantly lock out (and stop producing air conditioning), they were able to respond within 2 days to clean our condenser/evaporator, ensure the drain was unclogged, and complete a performance maintenance check.

• Mid-Atlantic installed a 4 ton Geothermal system in a challenging project. This included replacing the old oil furnace with baseboard heating in the ~ 1880's farmhouse, as well as the heating and AC in the new addition. Mid-Atlantic worked well with the owner, builder and architect to make sure that the system was installed properly, even though there were some significant challenges to installing ductwork in the old farmhouse section. The system has been operational for a complete AC and heating season and has performed as designed. The system just got its 1st annual maintenance checkup and everything checked out to the "as-new" parameters.

• I used Mid-Atlantic to install a geothermal HVAC system and run new duct work throughout the house. They were professional and did a wonderful job. The system is quiet, efficient, reliable and saves me money. I'm thrilled with it. Beyond the system itself, Mid-Atlantic went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. I had an unrelated issue with a bad circuit breaker that they swapped out for me since they were on site. It saved me the cost and inconvenience of having an electrician come out. They did a great job on communicating, making sure I knew what the plan was and that I was happy with it. They confirmed when they were going to be on-site and promptly made me aware of any unexpected issues that dropped up (minor things that were inevitable when retrofitting an existing house). I'd recommend them without the slightest hesitation.

• When my wife and I bought our house in Harrisburg in 2009 we discovered that we needed to replace our complete heat and AC system. We called many companies, and finally made our decision to move forward with Mid-Atlantic geothermal in York Pennsylvania. They were able to save us a lot of money on the brand new system and upgraded us from a 12 Seer system to a 14 Seer system which was much more cost-efficient in the long run. We were able to have our system serviced annually as recommended, and we had very little issues if ever. The heat worked excellent in the winter, and the AC worked awesome in the summer months. All of the parts and system were under full warranty and I think we had to replace one part but it did not cost us anything for service or for the part replacement. I would highly recommend Mid-Atlantic because of their knowledge, workmanship, and friendly attitudes always when we dealt with them. Since then, I personally have recommended this company to a number of my homeowner friends who have all been very well pleased as well with doing business with Mid-Atlantic.
