I met Ryan at Home Depot, because I couldn't get an employee to help me. Ryan helped me pick out a new handle for my shower and came over the next day to install it. He was on time and wonderful. He explained everything and there was no surprises.

They got us scheduled the same morning that I called. Michael T. gave honest information about the issue and didn’t try to talk me into spending unnecessary money or run the clock. He quickly found the issue and had it fixed within an hour. The price was very reasonable and he was really nice and made it easy to ask questions. I will definitely be using them again!

Called about emergency ac repair. I called them due to website saying they get out fast. My dad is 79 years old and my mom is 60. They have 2 animals inside. It is 106 degrees outside and their website says they get out fast due to caring about the elderly and pets. When I called the lady was very nice but stated they have a time slot for tomorrow at 2 pm. I understand it’s a busy time for them. I really do but don’t advertise fast same day services in emergency’s if you can’t keep this promise.

I cannot recommend this company enough. We have used Action Heating and Cooling multiple times. Its always at critical weather times. This week, we had an a.c. go out in a rental. They were out there and fixing it within a couple hours and at a very reasonable price. Their communication and professionalism is top notch.

Most recently, Johnny and Larry replaced the valve for my bathtub and installed new fixtures. Had an urgent bathroom drain clog problem. SunStone Apts in Andover called in Action Heating and Cooling and Plumbing. Alex and Larry arrived and cleared the problem and left almost no mess for me to handle. GREAT JOB!

I called Justin late Tuesday evening July 14 2026 action heating and cooling and to my surprise someone answered the phone I told them my ac was not working well. The next day Michael was out and super cleaned my unit and diagnosed my unit. Very professional man. And the diagnose was not good he said he would go back to the shop to get a proposal to repair my unit. In less than an hour he was calling back. And they could be out first thing in the morning to fix. MAX was out first thing Thursday morning and I had very cold air in less than 2hours my total bill was less than 1400 dollars. And Max is very professional and he knows what he is doing. Thank all of you for helping me. You made this so very easy. I highly recommend this company

Very nice and helpful people! Had a man by the name Tyler come out twice to help us with our AC problem and he was very nice and professional and really wanted to help us. It wasn’t just business. They truly cared about getting our system fixed. 10/10 would recommend. Didn’t try to upsale us on an expensive new system like the first company we had come out. They wanted to find the root of the problem and save us as much money as they could. Any problems I have in future will be sure to call Action heating and cooling and ask for Tyler!

Called Action needing a plumbing issue fixed. Larry came out the next day and fixed the issue for me. He was so nice and more than competent. Love the prompt service this company provides. Very poor communication, set up a service call for 10:30, waited 20 minutes and no one showed up so I did my 30 minute morning walk, figuring they would at least give a courtesy call that they are running late or a few minutes away etc. I get back home and they left a business card and went on to the next customer, no courtesy call or anything. I called them, they did not answer but their customer service gave a call back a few minutes later. They said they went to the next call because no one was home and rudely insinuated that I just wasted their precious time and travel to provide their service. I asked them why didn't you just call? They said they tried to call, said my phone number was a fax machine number ??? wouldn't go through yet the customer service person had no issues whatsoever returning my call. Guess what I had my phone on me the whole time, no missed calls go figure. I was going to reschedule because we all know things happen, they can be running late who cares but at least give a legitimate courtesy call and because of the rudeness of the customer service lady (who never made any apology whatsoever for her people running behind, not giving a courtesy call ETC) I figured they would upcharge the hell out of me if they had to come back here. I just want people to know their communication is awful and they clearly don't need my business so they probably don't need yours either.

These guys are great! I always have a hard time finding a repair service that will even return phone calls. much less schedule and drive all the way to Winfield to fix electrical problems. They not only ANSWERED the phone, but got me scheduled right away! They came out and fixed everything but one part that had to be ordered, and brought it out within 48 hours. Very nice people, great work, exceptional customer service.

So hard to find honest,stand by your word businesses that don't take you for a ride especially when you are a female customer or of the 80+ years young population. But this company surely is in top running to be just that.. Larry and Kevin, my mom and I applaud you for top of the line service. You both were professional and down to earth the moment you 2 knocked on my door.
