We worked with ADN Refrigeration for the design and installation of our complete medium-temperature refrigeration system. From planning through installation and final testing, the entire process was smooth and well managed. Communication was clear, timelines were respected, and the system was properly tested through to full operation. Overall, a very professional experience, and the equipment is operating as expected. Your staff were working at 2:00 a.m. in the Fresh Street Market parking lot near 202 Street in Langley, B.C., for about 30 minutes or more, using a drill to assemble metal equipment for Browns Social House. While I understand this may be a challenging task inside the restaurant, and WorkSafe would likely agree that the conditions were less than ideal space wise risking injuries, the noise disrupted myself, other residents at The Grove, and likely others in The Village. Please ensure that projects like this are scheduled at more appropriate hours that allow staff to work safely and comfortably in the parking lot without disturbing nearby residents. Your staff were seen through the window of the restaurant in cramped working conditions to complete the task. That puts their health at risk for an accidentand injury. Your staff deserve proper working conditions, and the community residents deserves peace during the night. No wrong doing of the employees they went inside when I checked to see what the noise was and genuinely they felt bad I did too(sorry guys). It is the company management I have an issue with. For thesl two employees I saw, on your behalf I will be contacting WorkBC about this incident as an innocent bystander to ensure the employees jobs are not impacted by my complaint. Thank you.

Overcharged ($1200) for routine maintenance on a relatively new commercial (5 yr old) HVAC which they had serviced a year prior. Billed double the estimate and charged my card before I had a chance to discuss the charges with them. They are not straight. They sent me one real and one fake work order to justify the work done on two visits within a month of each other this May and June.
