I know they were incredibly busy, out there braving all of the chaos of the snowfall. • I am the warehouse manager of a company in Vancouver, and we had some issues with our HVAC unit. Had some other companies come in to fix it, but they charged me a crazy amount to tell me it was a blown fuse. Well the fuse blew again, so we called Cam Cool Refrigeration. The guys were very friendly and prompt! Neil and Trevor came right away after finishing up their current job, and were at my warehouse within half an hour. They very quickly fixed the problem, as well as did a couple more installations that we needed done. All in all they were here for less than an hour, and accomplished more than the other HVAC companies did. The next day I received a follow up call to make sure everything was working properly.
