8/19/26 I was out running errands. One of there commercial vehicles who was apparently in a hurry swiped the front side of my vehicle. I was not able to get his attention because somehow he managed to get in front of me. Within less than 5 minutes I contacted their office. I was promised several occasions that I would get a return call and I had to call them. All I got was an apology.. this may be a business but not very professional.

On Sunday June 14th, 2026 our AC unit motor stopped working. I tried calling the "emergency" phone number I was given. The voice mailbox was full and I couldn't leave a message. I sent in a maintenance request and never received a response.I have used this company for 5 years to do routine inspections. I had to contact a new company who came out within two ours and replaced the motor. When I really needed help Advantage Air didn't come through. I won't use them anymore.
